Needed a sofa and chair for the Christmas holidays and if it wasn't delivered super quick, I would be sitting on a dining chair on Christmas Day. Visited the South Shields store on Monday and they are delivering tomorrow (Wednesday). Less than a week to Christmas, didn't think I could get anything leaving it that late. They made it happen. The communication and regular updates about the delivery time was really helpful. The delivery men were efficient and friendly. They asked exactly where I wanted the furniture set up and left no mess behind.

Delivery from FOSS SDC-249, can’t fault the service.

The passage was a bit tight to bring the settee through (2&3 seater). He was more than happy to bring it around to the back and come in through the conservatory. Fully explained that I had 72 hours to report faults as it was not being opened on delivery due to decorating the house, overall a great experience.

Sofa is as expected when we seen it in the show room.

We were greeted by Marie as soon as we walked in Store at South Shields but she wasn’t at all pushy, she was warm, pleasant and knowledgeable about the products pointing us in the direction we wanted to be in and we invested in our first new sofa in 12 years! They have an excellent range of sofas making it difficult to make a choice but Marie was a star from start to finish, we look forward to receiving our new sofa first week of December
