Great experience at The Stafford store. Daz helped us choose the right sofa fo our needs. Explained all the different fabrics and the pros and cons of each for what we needed it for. He kept us informed throughout the process and worked around the limitations for delivery. Thoroughly decent chap and will visit again when we replace our other sofas.

Although we had to wait quite a long time for the furniture, we are very pleased with it.

Actually just popped in as walking by en-route to B&Q. Although planning to replace our sofas we were not considering this store.
Found the perfect suite straightaway at an excellent price.Staff were very helpful without being over-bearing I was offered a drink whilst waiting for my partner to arrive to have a look at my choice. Payment options available including interest free.

Carole was excellent .gave sound advise and recommendation ,as it's an outlet store now if you find something you want you really need to buy asap !
Also as promised Carole gave my lovely nearly new leather sofas a good clean before they were delivered .(They weren't dirty just had a slight mark on the back seam Carole said it would clean up .and it was gone when delivered )

Visited the store in Stafford and was helped by a very pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful member is staff - his name is Tony, we purchased a corner sofa and a couple of other items.

Arrived at the store about half hour before closing. Yet service levels did not reflect this. Gentleman called Tony came over and introduced himself and allowed us to peruse but was available to give us advice on our choices. We were set on furniture and I suggested we come back tomorrow as they were looking to close up. Tony said he didn't mind and he sorted paperwork and payment.

Ordered 3 seater sofa and recliner chair to be delivered on 10/9 as was told you only deliver Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so had to take a day of work for delivery. Only the recliner arrived leaving 3 people to sit in 1 chair. Went to the store in Stafford were they apologised but could not get a delivery as warehouse was closed for the day. Rang them to arrange a date for next day as my wife is off but the number goes to head office in Sunderland and they had no information about any sale. Now left with no resolution just hope that they can deliver tomorrow

Carole the salesperson was excellent. She even arranged delivery a week early. She had a very good knowledge of the chairs and sofas. I would definitely recommend her.
