From the moment I entered the store, Carole was attentive, helpful and friendly. She was understanding about my needs regarding colour, style and measurements, and had a good sense of humour when I was dithering with my decision making! I highly recommend the Stafford SCS store and Carole’s expertise as a sales assistant.

Carole at Stafford store was very friendly and helpful today when we went to look at sofas. She was very patient as it took us a couple of hours and a trip home (to measure) before we decided on which sofa to buy. Brilliant service from both staff members.

The men were very helpful when they delivered my new Recliner chair.
They didn't just drop it in the room - they asked me where I wanted it and then manuevoured it into the space opening it up to make sure it wouldn't hit the wall & making sure the door wouldn't hit it when I closed it....

Went to Stafford store just to have a look at new sofa today ,carol who we have had dealings with before remembered us straight away from our previous purchases in the store which span 20 year .

Me and my daughter visited the store Friday 13th June, (stafford branch) l ended up picking out a couple of single seat recliner chairs.The service l received from Rachel was excellent. Visited store on a Sunday, knew what we wanted but looked around the whole store before making a decision on the 3 seater we needed. Carole helped us today and had clear knowledge of the product we ordered. Sold the care package with the sofa there was no pressure having purchased from SCS before and extra piece of mind with recently having a young pup. Delivery hoped for September which to be fare we are again happy with, gives us chance to decorate the lounge. Thank you Carole

Although a big chain this store has friendly knowledgeable staff whose aim is to assist and please it's customers. We dealt mainly with Carole who was very helpful. Hoping the rest of the service, ie delivery and after sales is as good as the purchasing was.

Rachel was brilliant. Stayed with us while we were looking, listened to our plans for the room and told us when she didn't think certain sofa's and reclining chairs were suited to our plans. I am in a wheelchair and the Stafford store is a dream for accessibility. All the floors are very smooth, there are big gaps between the arrangements so I could get to everything. I could get close enough to transfer and sit on the sofas. There was an access lift specifically for wheelchairs and pushchairs. First class experience, would highly recommend.

Today I had an appointment with Tony from the Stafford branch. I found him extremely helpful in my choice of sofa from style to the material colour and finish.
No pressure to buy just general information on the choice of sofa and insurance I've taken out.
Highly recommend, will definitely use this store in the future.

Went into buy a recliner 2seater for my mum, Rachel was so lovely and helped us to find the right one for her. Lovely, chatty, great advice and we ordered exactly what mum wanted.

We have been looking for a new sofa for a while and popped in to have a look. We spoke to Rachel briefly on entering but she wasn’t pushy or overbearing which was nice. We touched base with her on the way out and she answered all our questions and then we spotted what we were looking for. The order process was quick and easy and we’re looking forward to delivery.

The sales team in the store were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I didn't feel pressured to buy or upgrade. Love the product, looks great and us comfortable, clear communications were clear, delivery was timely and team were quick and courteous
