Terrible aftercare, and they don't contact you until a few days before to get your furniture, when I called to change the date, they still turned up at the cancelled date. And I have a faulty media sofa and was told I have to fill a form in, which is the most difficult I have ever seen. BEWARE before you buy from this company.

Staff were helpful but did not hassle whilst we were looking round. Made some helpful suggestions as to what would suit us and once we had decide on a sofa and chair the order process went smoothly.

The sales rep was great - friendly and explained the products well showing us the different features and colours available.

Really good selection of furniture to choose from in many colours and materials. No hard sell just good product information.
After selecting the 2 sofas that we wanted we placed the order and that's when we found out about the extra charges. Because the colour we chose was not the same as the style in store we had to pay an extra £100 per piece, and was then advised to purchase caps to put on the tubular legs as they were not fitted as standard. Little disappointed in these extra charges considering the overall cost of the sofas, never had to pay extra for colour and feet before !

We bought our suite in December and have had technician out to it a few times,can't get any repairs or satisfaction from this company will never use them again and would not recommend.the 5 year warranty is not worth the paper that it's written on even the shop will not help

Lovely, spacious showroom with no pressure from staff. Helpful and quick to qualify for finance. Received confirmation of delivery date the next day - looking forward to receiving my new sofa! Prices competitive in the clearance section too.

Excellent customer service by advisor Red. He guided us through the way Poltrone worked and all the options available. He was really attentive whilst not being pushy and left us to browse on our own whilst always being available to answer any questions we had. We liked the wide range of fabrics available for the sofa we chose which were very limited at other stores.

The guys at the store in Stockport were very good . Delivery was not good the sofa was delivered on the day stated but the tracking was very misleading as the time slot kept changing . When the sofa was delivered in the afternoon 4 of the backs were missing . After finding the warehouse tel no myself the backs were arranged to be delivered the next day . Bit of hassle but got sorted .
