One on delivery was really nice, the other not so

Greeted upon arrival by friendly member of staff. Given a brief outline of how shopping/ pricing worked and invited to browse at leisure. Was shopping with and for elderly relative. The staff were professional and knowledgeable and their sensitive, measured approach put us at ease immediately. The assistants were so accommodating that we were able to purchase two required sofas within budget and in a reasonable amount of time in store. The customer lift was an added bonus. Outstanding customer service which made our day that bit easier.

My visit to Poltrone was a great shopping for furniture experience, the manager Nicola Winters was everything in everyway a totally competent manager, who showed all the sofas to me while giving clear information on all relevant queries and also included the staff in various conversation who were all very pleasant and welcoming. I learned about the Italian furniture makers who had their photos hanging inside your shop.
I must say, at this moment in time, I own an Italian three piece, it is a Nico Salotti, which I purchased thirty years ago and it has served me well. I love Italian furniture and I love the sofa I have purchased from Politrone.Team Valley
The only downside is that I have to wait until the end of July for delivery and I have people visiting me from abroad during July 2026 and they will not see my beautiful new Poltronesofa.
I will end by saying that POLISTRONE, Team Valley, Gateshead . have fabulous, well designed furniture and a most professional, happy and well mannered staff. THANK YOU ALL!

Ordered our 3 piece from the team valley store, 3 different members of staff dealt with our order on 2 visits, so friendly and polite thoroughly impressed and i work in customer service

The moment we went into the shop we were made to feel welcome. The lady told us about the store the sofas and the fabrics which was useful. We were then left to look at the sofas nobody bothered us we could look at our leisure. I chose the sofa I liked and the saleswoman was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very straightforward. Would definitely recommend

A very good variety of sofas, excellent choice of leather and materials. Very helpfull and knowledgeable staf.

Just one improvement to recommend:-
It would be better if samples/swatches of leather and materials were available to use to research carpets and flooring to match colours.

My Husband and I went to team valley store to chose a three Piece Nicky and Kat were so helpful professional friendly to us made me a coffee and Husband water had.picked a lovely three piece The Adstock Leather Nicky and Kat were so good helped me with everything.
I will go back to this store again in the future plenty of choices and different colour's

Elderly parents paid 3,750 cash for sofa 18 months ago, one seat on sofa has lost its colour, went back into shop to speak to them and basically told we don't stock it now.

Good customer service and communication regarding delivery time. The delivery went smoothly by two polite delivery guys! Couldn’t ask for more.

From the moment I walked in the store, the whole experience was top notch. David was informative, professional and made the whole experience very relaxed and friendly. Communication was clear on all channels - the sale & documents, emails & phonecalls to update on delivery times and then the delivery guys themselves were brilliant (Paul and Stephen). They communicated timings well, were friendly and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Very happy with the customer service received and would recommend to friends & family. Also in love with my new settee so that's a bonus 😍

I was kept up to date on the delivery which I really liked . On the day I was also kept up to date & was easy to track . The delivery drivers were very quick , efficient, friendly ans informative .
