The help we received from both D and Raj was excellent. There was no pressure selling tactics and the guys were very informative and helpful. After the sale there had been a slight mistake which was partly due to a system hiccup (these things happen) and also me not understanding/misreading an item on the receipt. This was simply an unlucky thing to happen but the important thing is D and Raj went out of their way to help get the issue resolved which was excellent. We all hear about horror stories from other companies that wash their hands of you once they've got your money so to speak but this was far from the experience we received. I can honestly say we are 100% happy with everything from the product to the delivery and the very important aftercare as well. Thanks again to D and Raj and sorry it took so long to get the review posted for you.

There was a 4 week delay on our order but the communication was good throughout the process. Once a delivery date was set I was kept informed almost daily and given up to date time slots. The delivery drivers called en-route to say they were on their way. When they arrived, they were so helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble.

I have had a good experience in the store. One of the staff members, Ms.Bea was very courteous in showing us around the store and explaining about the products. Keep up the good work!

We are still waiting for our order to be completed five months after delivery date. Our order was delivered in December with the incorrect footstool and five months down the line they keep pushing back delivery. It's very hard to get hold of anyone and when you do they just tell you the computer says it will be in on X date, only for then that date to come and go time and time again. Seriously the worst company we've ever had to deal with, avoid at all costs. We've had to engage with the ombudsman it has been that bad.

Edit post Scs response: your delivery date messages are just lies, this is the fourth time we've been given a delivery date only for it to be cancelled. You clearly have no idea what your manufacturers are making.

Delivery guys great. Our property has awkward access at times, and we have had several instances of delivery drivers with heavy items driving off claiming delivery was impossible. These guys pushed my furniture a couple of hundred yards on a trolley to deliver ! Also really happy with furniture, which was set up in no time, and room left spotless.
