It has arrived with a stain, looks like it has been put together like patchwork, and some quality issues with some of the material. Difficult to get through to anybody on the phone to report. Have had to l report through the online portal and still awaiting any kind of response 24 hours after receiving the sofa.

We visited the store at Clifton Moor York. Our first point of contact was Lee who explained how the store worked and left us to browse knowing we could ask him for help with anything we needed. We'd visited all the sofa shops at Clifton but found the quality and choices at Poltrone to be far superior. After browsing and asking Lee lots of questions (he was absolutely brilliant by the way). He expertly guided us through the options before we purchased our new sofa and chair. What a truly pleasant experience made even better by an outstanding sales representative.

Very welcoming, took time to explain everything the company offers yet at no time did the staff appear to be pushy in trying to obtain a sale. The products on offer were very well laid out.

Great store, friendly staff. The sofa i chose looks fantastic and was in the sale so that was a bonus with no delivery fee.
The delivery details were communicated well abd we got a call to say they were on the way.

The delivery went smoothly,the team were very capable and pleasant. We ordered sliders for the feet,if I hadnt mentioned them they would not have fitted them as they were unaware they were needed,in fact said are never told? Although we were advised of the estimated delivery time it arrived just over 2 hours after the initial one given. I also feel the cost of delivery was very high for 2 chairs considering the speed of installation and compared to other retailers on the same site. The experience in the branch was very good.

The guys came in a box van not sign writen with company name or anything to say what it was . Two delivery guys , only the driver spoke , pleasant chap , they where very respecfull of our property doing everything in a carefull manner , very deliberate in the task of assembling the sofas , they removed all rubbish & left . Then my wife & i had time to look over what we recieved & we are very impressed with the quality / sturdiness / look & the componants . also how well the feet are placed being thought of when fitting it looks like you could only fit them one way having been pre-located prior to on site fitting . Details matter , we watched the guys do there job & they did everything expected . Great job start to finish . Oh & the sofa is great too . Many thanks .

We were helped by a lovely guy called Aaron, his customer service and knowledge was second to none and he made the entire process really enjoyable and smooth!

He made sure we were looked after and found us the best way to secure our sofa financially, super super happy with our sofa and our whole experience, and that is down purely down to Aaron so thank you very much to him!

Excellent service the sofa came yesterday. But the gliders were missing they came this morning and put them on.

We had super customer service in the shop and we love the sofa bed and armchair. The only thing that let the experience down was the delivery of the armchair. The delivery men were a bit careless, resulting in about 6 or 7 scratches on our wooden floor. The gliders we had ordered were also not on either the sofa bed or the armchair. The staff at the shop provided us with gliders for us to attach ourselves and said to contact polygons sofas by email regarding the scratches.

The staff at the Metrocentre branch were first class. Very friendly,informative and helpful. They spent some time sourcing our furniture which we were very pleased with.

The delivery was ahead of schedule, quick and simple.

Delivery was on time and the lads delivering the sofas were friendly and efficient.

The communication throughout the delivery process was great. I knew the date and time slot in plenty of time. Notified the evening before with a more accurate time slot, then received a phone call 30 minutes before arriving. The two guys doing the delivery and putting the sofa together were very professional and minimal disruption. Very happy with the service and the sofa.
