New Sofa Fabric Not good

I recently purchased a sofa from Poltronesofà, which was delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, after delivery, I noticed what appears to be a fabric issue/defect on the sofa, as shown in the attached photographs. For a brand-new sofa, I expected the finish and fabric quality to be perfect.

I have already reported the issue to the Poltronesofà Coventry team and am currently waiting to hear back from them regarding how they intend to resolve the problem.

I hope the team will respond promptly and provide a satisfactory solution, as it is disappointing to have an issue with a brand-new sofa just one day after delivery. I will update my review once I hear back from them and see how the matter is handled.

Sofa’s were delivered on time and the whole system of keeping us involved in terms of dates and times was excellent. The two guys who delivered telephoned me 30 minutes prior to delivery and were very helpful, oh and the sofa’s were lovely as well

From the moment we set foot in the store, we were met by staff in a polite manner and offered a tour.
Darren was our salesman who explained our choices and options professionally. All over great experience to purchase our sofa.

Showroom is really well set out. Staff were not in your face and let us wander about having a good look at the sofas. When we chose the one we wanted the lady that served us was very helpful

They rang me and turned up within the time they would get here, they where careful but quick at what they did, they made sure everything was working and also made sure I was happy with the result.

Made lots of mistakes Didn’t set me up for interest free credit despite asking for it several times! Had to go back to shop to set up Feet missing from chair Was told the chair shouldn’t have feet! Even though the one in the show room did have them! Was given used feet in the end from shop floor! Would not recommend to my friends
