Fantastic Team

After a significant repair that kept my car in the workshop for around four months, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. While the repair took longer than expected due to company approvals and parts delays, the team kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates, so I always knew exactly what was happening.

The ladies in the office were fantastic throughout the entire process – always polite, professional, helpful, and happy to answer the many questions I had. A special mention also goes to Christian, who handled the handover of my vehicle. He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Excellent customer service from start to finish during what could have been a very stressful experience. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism and communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Christian was very helpful, phoned me on the day before my car was due to go in to talk me through the process and was there when I collected my vehicle.

Professional garage with excellent customer service.

I took my Jeep Avenger to this repairs garage that was recommended through my insurance to fix a bump on the back. Christian and the ladies that I spoke with on the phone provided excellent customer service, provided updates and documentation on my cars progress and ensured the work had been completed by the date they had estimated.
When I collected the car I was pleased with the work that had been completed and it had been given a clean inside and out which was a lovely unexpected touch to the service.
