VCR provided a very good and efficient service when our car was repaired by them via our Insurance Company. They provided a courtesy car free of charge and Christian was a very polite and friendly member of staff who kept us updated with our car's progress.
We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Customer service was excellent, kept up to date with the progress of my car by Millie and Tracy while Christian managed a great repair. Well done guys, I couldn't be happier. 👏👍😊

From the moment I walked in until I got my car back the service was amazing from VCR. I was looked after by Christian and cannot fault him at all, very friendly and professional. Was handy that they were literally around the corner from where I worked also. Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed with the service you receive!

Collected my BMW this morning (after just under three weeks - Insurance company had said six - eight). Not only have VCR done a stunning job on the repairs, I have been kept updated throughout the entire process by their polite, helpful team. No hesitation at all in recommending them.

I dropped my car off last week as my car was damaged ( dents , scratches and damaged body work ) from the moment you arrive at this place you can feel just how professional and dedicated they staff are . I was met with the smiling warm welcome from Mille who explained everything in great detail. I then left my car in their capable hands although I was not sure how they would repair my car to make it look perfect .
I was contacted by them the next day advising that the job was bigger than expected so it may take a day longer to repair but they insisted the original price quote would remain the same .
I picked my car up on the Friday and was blown away with the repair that was carried out . Absolutely top class job and you seriously would not think there was any damage . I can’t recommend this place enough thank you so much , especially to Millie and Chris and the whole team

My vauxhall Adam was hit and needed repairing I took it to VCR who quoted me there and then they were in the middle of moving as well but from seeing them and getting my car fixed was all done in just over a week the results are top class thank you very much will definitely recommend

My son had been awaiting his car to be fixed for over a year, I had a lot of people come and look at the car to repair but never followed it through.
I found vcr repairs on facebook sent pics to a guy called Chris he responded to me very quickly with a rough quote. Car was collected, fixed and back in no time at all. Chris was in touch throughout the repair and I can honestly say my son has not stopped smiling.
I cannot thank you enough, highly recommended without a doubt will be the only garage I will use from now on

Chris and the whole team got my car back on the road within a week after my insurance recommended garage (Pennings) said it would take a month. I can say hands down it is the best experience for car repairs that I’ve ever had. All genuine parts used, no corners cut. Overall 10/10. Highly recommend.

Excellent repair on my Honda HRV, finished on time, very good job.

I can't recommend VCR enough, my car looks like new again, Bumper had to have new bracket , and sprayed dent on passenger side , and scratches on drivers side, Thank All at VCR had really good service .

This is the 4th time me I have used VCR in recent years, previously when they were scuff and scratch solutions.

The quality of the work, timescale, communication and price is always well on point and they are really decent people to deal with.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to spray or repair any car I own and will always use them and reccomend them to friends.
