It was very efficient and has delivered my car promptly.

So lovely people! I was so stressed and down when de insurance company told me my car is total loss, 20000miles on clock. I have tried and luckily contacted those people and they advised me after sharing some pictures and info,the car is repairable. Just to fill up some insurance form and they will deal with everything and they did. My car was repaired in about a week exactly how it was before like never been crashed. I will never be able to thank you enough guys! Hopefully I will never need your service again but never know. I'm strongly advise anyone who will be in my situation to contact this company with confidence.

this is the second time i have used this firm and the second time i have been more than satisfied with the work carried out. both times i have had parts of my motorcycles painted and returned to me just like new and a perfect match to the rest of the bike.

What a great company and service. I tore the lower part of the bumper on our new Tesla. Given this was not an insurance claim I sought other quotations. VCR was not only the most competitive by a long way but the standard of service better. From Tracy at the front desk to Chris valuing the work and pushing it through the workshop it could not have been bettered. Keep it up VCR

Excellent repairs and very nice people. Unfortunately I was a little bit rude to them because 1/3 party misled me but I swiftly apologised. The office team were very patient and supportive and the repairs were excellent. They even claimed the car inside and out before they returned it to me. Top marks!

Someone scratched and slightly dented my car and as you can imagine left no contact details. I took my car to VCR and they told me straight away was work was needed and the cost which was what I expected. I booked my car in for the following week and, excluding the weekend, had it back within 4 days. I am more than pleased with the work carried out and would recommend VCR to anyone. I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at the car crash repair garage, and I must say that they provided excellent service. My daughter unfortunately hit a deer, causing significant damage to our car, but the garage handled everything with professionalism and care. They communicated with the insurance company on our behalf, and the repair work they did was fantastic. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone in need of car repair services. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and does great work.

Excellent service. My son was getting no joy with his insurance company after a no fault accident so we took his car here on a Friday morning. By the same afternoon they had sent the quote to the insurance company. They chased the insurance company for us for sign off and a week later my son has his car back. The repairs are perfect with the car looking brand new. The staff were so reassuring and helpful , would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Couple of deep scratches and a dent in the A pillar on my Mercedes were repaired to look like nothing ever happened, incredible work! Estimated it would take 3 days and they did it in 1! Courtesy car (auto) provided. Fantastic service, 100% will use again if I ever need to.

I had damage to my 3 series and was initially going to go with my insurer’s (Aviva) bodyshop but their soonest appointment was 8 weeks away. The car was a leased vehicle and due to back in 2 weeks time. Chris made the entire process very smooth and stressfree, and their repair team were able to get my car back to me and repaired in just two weeks, After ordering and fitting a new panel and doing an absolute stellar repaint job.

10/10 experience!!!!!

Had my van bumpers done and colour matched to the body, VCR kept me updated all the way, also their attention to detail by painting grill to finish the face-lift, I cannot tell you how pleased I am with their work, recommend VCR big time

The team at VCR did an excellent and professional Job on my Citreon after i wrapped knocked the wheel arch.
A courtesy car was provided which was something i was not expecting or anticipating having to pay for. I can wholly recommend VCR over other crash repair specialists in the Milton Keynes area. Good Work !

I received a very professional and friendly service from the team at VCR. My car had substantial front end damage following an accident. I made a short call to my insurance provider and completed VCR’s short claim form which only takes 2 minutes to fill in. Thereafter VCR managed the entire process for me whilst keeping me regularly updated the whole time. The standard of repair was faultless. A courtesy car was provided too. For a stress free insurance claim repair I cannot recommend VCR enough. For sure I will be recommending VCR to friends and family.

I just had my car repaired by the VCR guys and I am very happy with the service. Not only the quote process was quick and straightforward, the repair itself took literally no time at all. I was back on the road within 24 hours despite being estimated 48. The staff was polite and friendly and made me feel like I am leaving my car in safe hands. There were no hidden fees and the original quote is what I paid at the end. I had slightly cheaper quotes elsewhere but I didn't feel like I could have trusted the quality of the work of those other garages to the degree I trusted VCR . So thank you for fixing my baby and making her look like new again 😊😊😊 it's been repaired to the highest of quality and I couldn't have been happier. 🙏
