Excellent service. Chris , Rob and the full team are so professional. Absolutely the best repair centre in Milton Keynes. The work is outstanding and I am thrilled with my repair.

I have used this company many times for minor bodywork repairs and alloy wheel refurbs on many cars since they started.
This time, I needed a repair to my rear bumper after someone backed into it with a tow bar or similar, leaving a hole and cracking to the rear near side.
The repair was quoted and car taken in literally next day. I was not disappointed!
The bumper looks brand new again, with the repair invisible, plus all minor scratches that had appeared since owning the car for a year were all gone as well!
I really can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Fast friendly and can give you an instant quote which, believe me, is better than the rest.
Rob and the team have delivered on four of my cars plus my wife’s car, and many friends too.
If you need a car repair, however big or small, and live in or near Milton Keynes, look no further. They have courtesy cars available too although I did not need one.

Had a knock on a Thursday, back bumper on an Audi TT , got a quote on that day , took the car in on the wednesday and returrned to me on the thursday .

The staff were really friendly and clearly know what theyre doing , professional and courteous from start to finish .

The work itself is completely unoticeable , how it should be , cleaned and valetted, the car has never looked better to be honest , the work is of a very high standard and im very happy, not only the work done but also with the attitude of the guys working there.

My car was recently involved in a bump when another driver drove into the back of me. Buckled rear of vehicle and damaged boot, bumper and reversing light sensors. My insurance company were very quick to write the car off so I made contact with VCR for an independent quote. They dealt with the insurance company directly and within weeks my car now looks as good as new. For what was a very stressful time, I can’t thank Chris and his team enough for saving my car. These guys are so friendly, helpful and communicate every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Faultless service. 10/10

I had a van driver scratch my bumper on the Car. From the moment I entered the reception I knew I was in good hands. When giving a quote explained what needed to be done and why. Length of time it was going to take. Offered curtesy car as my vehicle was going to take two days. Very professional and friendy. On the day to collect my car I got a curtesy call to say when it would be ready. I can honestly say the work carried out you wouldn't think anything had happened to my car. The match of the paint is amazing. Car was also cleaned. I would be more than happy to recommend this company. Not only a excellent job but made you feel you were the only customer.

VCR gave me a very competitive quote for the work on my car and did a great job with the repair. So pleased to have found a car repairer who genuinely seems to try and minimise the cost of getting your car repaired.

My wife's car had a rear dent sustained while reversing, because of the Sharp edge it might have failed MOT. We took the car to the VCR crash repairs and they repaired it in a week. The quality of the repair was very good and we were impressed. Would recommend..

Took my BMW for a front light, bumper and light repair here as I was recommended by a friend. I was in a bit of a situation, but Carly and Chris advised and assisted the they could.

I was giving a courtesy car while my car was being repaired which helped me with my daily duties and was very satisfied.

When I got back my car I was very impressed on how the repair came out and not to mention all the replacement parts are original.

They recently repaired a badly damaged rear bumper for me. I found them to be a professional, courteous company. They work was completed well, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

On a very narrow road I had to slowly drive onto the side verge to allow a lorry coming in the opposite direction to pass. Unfortunately I did not see a rock and suffered minor damage to the side of the bumper of my Mercedes. VCR did an excellent repair of the scratches on the bumper at a reasonable price. They matched the metallic paint perfectly and it is impossible to tell the bumper has been repaired. The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with and I can thoroughly recommend this repair company.

This company is now working under its new name of VCR" vehicle crash repairs", my vehicle went in for a scuff n scratch repair last week,from being met at reception to coming back the next day to pick up the perfectly finished vehicle i felt ease with the way this company is being run, great job i would have no hesitation recomending this company.

Scuff n Scratch solutions are fantastic. I clipped my wing mirror quite badly and they went above and beyond to repair it as soon as possible. The finish on the job was thorough and professional- you cannot tell anything has been done and the wing mirror looks as good as new. The staff are friendly and professional. I cannot fault them. They have just repaired a large graze to my lexus, although they had a little difficulty in matching the paint at first they kept me informed all the way through and despite the paint being ridiculously expensive they kept to the original quote. You cannot see the repaired spot despite me spending a good few days looking for it, and I know where it was. Highly recommend this company.

Took my 5008 in after someone scratched it whilst i was shopping Had to use my own insurance scuff and scratch made it so easy as all I had to do is give them my insurance details they did the rest dropped my car of to the friendly reception picked up the loan car. after a couple of days I collected my car Just fantastic work by there body shop. thank you chris and all at Scuff n Scratch I will highly recomend you to anyone.
