Great service and value for money, DGU was exactly as ordered, delivered as promised and I had it installed 30 min later. Vicky is a star, phone call day before delivery to ensure I was ok to receive it and then followed up with an email after delivery to make sure everything was ok, that’s 5 star service, we’ll definitely be using this company again, highly recommend.

When I needed to source a replacement sealed unit panel, I searched around and came across Sealed Units Direct.
Their website was very easy to navigate and I was able to price and then order the panel.
They were very competitive with the price and were able to manufacture and deliver in a little under a week which was pretty impressive.
Delivery was booked in and the unit was delivered on time with a very accommodating team. I certainly won’t hesitate to use them again if I ever need another unit. Very impressed with Vicky who emailed to check that everything had gone smoothly after the delivery.

Recently required a specific double glazed unit for my front door, local suppliers in my area could not supply nor identify what i required,Then i found sealed unitsdirect,!!! What a great company,friendly helpful,great product,knew exactly what I wanted and where able to manufacture and supply at a competitive price,Vicky was a fantastic help kept me informed and although I had some trouble finding a reliable courier for Essex to Scotland, again Vicky helped by keeping my unit safe until I could arrange pick up,so much so that I ended up going down to pick it up myself,she even waited back on a Friday !!! for me to arrive slightly late,but on collection I could not be happier with the unit it is perfect and exactly what I asked for,I highly recommend this company and I will be needing more glass and intend to go with these guys again in the future, they could not have done anymore to help

From ordering to collection 3 working days, that's impressive.
