I have received a schedule change information from the airline five days before departure informing me that the return flight has been moved by 10 days! Given the urgency I immediately contacted seat 24 to find suitable alternatives. Twice seat 24 has promised to resolve this situation within 24h however nothing has happend. My return is still scheduled 10 days after the original flight and I have no clue if i can fly this ticket at all. Very unprofessional

Still no refund.

Just got the 3 mail that says 5 days and the money is in my account. It has now almost been 45 days ??? And first promis was 5 days. Sekund promis was 14 days ???

The worst of the worst! Absolute criminals! Air india acknowledged me a full refund but seat24 keeps my money and says it is not possible despite a written proof from air india! I am fighting for 6 month now! That is unbelievable. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Try your best to sue them

We pay 66eu for a cancelation refound in a 90% electronic voucher and we are trying to get it for rebook a new ticket, but the assistant says this is not possible under their own rules,... and 3hr waiting on the chat, the phone not works from africa, and email with a long wait times too, incredible for be an european thing where services attention are in other level

No idea how they still working and dont get sanctions form some customer agent or something like that

I booked with them but could not manage my trip. They made it impossible for me to add a check-in bag without passing directly through them. The customer service informed me that Icelandair (that I traveled with to the United States) charges 135€ for a check-in bag. After paying the money, my travel details showed that a check-in bag cost 90€. So SEAT24 reaped me off of 45€. This is outright cheating. How do I get my balance from them? Otherwise, I am planning to sue them or go on an endless campaign spree against them.

We bought a flexible ticket for a return flight from Germany to Bali, which is more expensive than a fixed ticket. So we wanted to fly back 2 days earlier and tried to reach the „customer service“ which is a Chat bot.
After 4 attempts which took me more than 4 hours they offered me the date I asked for, but with a fee of 5.700 Euro. This is far more than what I have paid for the whole trip. Never buy a flexible ticket!

We had a very frustrating experience with Seat24.de. We booked a Flight through them in year 2022, but the flight was canceled by Pegasus Airlines. At that time, Pegasus told us to get a refund from Seat24.de because they have send them the money back, i have tried that time to git my money from them but without any succes. After two years in 2024, we received an email from them saying we need to click on a link to get our money back from seat24.hyperwallet.com, but we couldn't verify our E-mail to login they put that they have send an Email but no Email arrived and i put my phone nummber also they did not accept it, so they send you E-mail to get your money back after two years but it is impssible to login to get the money back. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, we've had no success in getting a response or any resolution. This situation has been incredibly stressful, and I want to warn others to not dealing with this company.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Seat24.de. I booked a Condor flight through this travel agency, which was canceled. Since then, I have been waiting in vain for my refund - which has been said to be transferred via Seat24 according to Condor. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable – no response to my emails and no clear information on when I will get my money back. It is incredibly frustrating and infuriating that I am still waiting for my money for more than a year now. This experience has shown me that Seat24.de is completely unreliable. I will definitely never book with this provider again and can only advise everyone to stay away.

As other comments, a canceled flight never received the money back. 1400 euros.

I booked a flight through Seat24. When the return flight was rebooked by more than 3 hours, I contacted them and they confirmed that I have a right to cancel & get a full refund - I requested the cancellation and refund and they said I would get it in probably a week's time. This was about 6 weeks ago!!!! I have called and emailed them every few days, each time I get the same standard answer "we have emailed the airline and are waiting for a reply". I called the airline myself and they do not have any record of being contacted. Unfortunately because of contractual reasons they could not cancel & refund my ticket themselves.
In the meantime the flight has taken place, my ticket was never cancelled, and of course I have not received any refund (I had to buy a whole other ticket in order to fly at the time I needed).
I keep contacting them and get the same answer "We have checked your case and see that the airline has been contacted; we are still waiting for a reply and will get back to you as soon as we hear from them".
I will probably never get my money back! I bet they are just waiting for me to give up.

In many years of travelling, booking through Seat24 was the worst experience ever.
They canceled our intercontinental flight 12 hours before the departure.
Never again.

In case flights canceled and need to rebooking , agent push case to the airline and one world they can say that they can't do anything.

I had hours of calls with changing informations about my booking process with each staff - and finally the ticket was issued wrong with a last name first name change on it and then the staff admitted that the airline did it wrong and the mistake isn’t with them 😔

CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND IGNORING YOUR MESSAGES/CLAIMS

I wrote a claim to Seat 24 back in January 2023 that was never responded to until I reached out yet again in the last couple of months.

The claim was made with reference to misleading information on their website that led me to miss my flight on January 5 2023, and I was therefore required to purchase a new ticket to return home.

According to the information on their website, the flight was supposed to go take off at 10:20. However in reality, the flight was much earlier at 7:00 AM on the same day. I therefore ask them to compensate me for the amounts that I had to pay on the same day to return home, which was CHF 357. When I reached out to them, they for unknown reasons choice to pay me around CHF 20 with absolutely no reasoning to why they paid me for an 1/16 of the original ticket to Copenhagen. I have since written to them with absolutely no response other than they are "escalating" my inquiry to the right department.

Cannot recommend their services - what an absolute joke this company is.

Got zero emails of help, wrote more than 15 emails, no response. Tonight I have flight back home and I even didnt get any notification about upcoming flight, nothing. I wanted to change flight back, but they cant do it! They said it is in hands of Turkish airline, where I didnt buy ticket. Turkish airline Berlin sale is also no help at all, they both deserve zero star reviews. I will certainly never buy ticket with seat24 again. Spent so many time trying to reach them, it took me almost 3 full days to do that. Now Im leaving to airport as I cant check online, unbelievable service from both of those..

They will scam you, don't book with them!!!!
I book tickets with them and when I changed my flight the charged me but did do the change. They wrote hours later, saying that if I want to change my ticket I have to pay more, because the airline didn't accept the change, they don't take any responsibility for their failure. They make this just to get more money from you. Not trust worthy at all!!!

Please don’t trust to them . They are a scammer. I book a flight a month ago but one day before my flight I received an email that my flight was canceled from the airline. Also I have an insurance for my ticket but all didn’t work. They gave me a lot of stress and they ask much much more money to change my flight and they gave me a lot of stress. Please don’t trust to this sh..i..t company.
