Customer service is terrible.
If you book travel with this company to save like 30 EUR, realize that you are entirely on your own.
Should anything go wrong, DO NOT expect any help.

The worst experience of my life with this type of company’s.

The worst experience of my life with this type of company’s. They cancelled the flight and almost 5 months still don’t have my money back… They just tell us that the flight company has not pay them and when i call the flight company they say that they never receive that money…really unprofessional company. I highly recommend not to book with them, because if you have some problem with the fly they will clean his hands and make you feel as a fool calling here and there.

Worst experience in my entire life

Recommended? No, not at all

We booked the flights from Berlin (GER) to Perth (AUS) for our family holidays on Seat24.com and made the most horrible experience in our entire life.
Due to a schedule change by the airline, our first flight was cancelled, and we were to be re-booked on an earlier flight.
Seat24 failed to inform us about the schedule change, and we only found out by chance.
Several attempts by Seat24 to book us on another flight failed without any explanation by the booking platform. Responsibilities between customer service and the booking department were not clear, and one referred to the other when checking on the status.
Over a period of 2 months, including app. 27 calls with Seat24, no solution was found. By that time, the departure was scheduled for the following day.
Only an intervention by the airline allowed us to board our flights and make it to our destination. We are grateful that Singapore Airlines recognised the failure and incompetency of the travel agent and made an exemption for us.
No further feedback, explanation or apology was received by Seat24.com.
This was the most stressful, disappointing and off-putting customer experience of our entire life as travellers.
We will never, ever book anything with Seat24 again, and would like to warn anyone reading this review of doing so.

Complete horror, as soon as it came to the return.

2 years of negotiations.
The airline says there is no problem. We refund everything, just contact the agents.

Guys! 2 years!!!!!
AND......
I only got 50% back

Oh yes. I purchased a date change service.
I called 10 days before departure - all 10 days - sorry, a lot of people and disconnected.

Extra spacer intermediary.
But such companies should be punished! They have fraudulently earned money.

I payed 500 euro for two tickets with…

I payed 500 euro for two tickets with Lufthansa. I could cancel them 24 hours before the flight. After I canceled them, Seat24 did not give me back any refund. Scam company! For every change they charge 40 euro extra on top of the flight company taxes and whatever they recover, they keep!

Worst service ever

Giving one star Is already to much. Their incompetence and lack of will to help with simple problems is incredible. They're really just another parasite staying there between Airline and people's money. A shame, shouldn't be called a company

Really bad service, these people just want to take your money and once you pay them their relation with you is over. they dont have any support and will just try to get more and more money from you. Really cheap for a company

Extremely disgusting customer support.

Well, I booked my tickets with seat24.de. The airline cancelled after couple of weeks, 3 weeks prior to departure. After hours of calling and chat with their support, I got new bookings for the same date. While reaching airport, support person called me and said my tickets (2 connections) were not confirmed (out of 3 outward). Please check with airline and we can not help you. Spent hours with taking airline and got next day flights. And I had to purchase the third connection myself.

The issue continued with inward journey, where they are not helpful either. I've sent tonnes of emails, but no one takes them seriously.

First and the last experience with this pathetic service. I'll be avoiding all their services, from various providers.

Our flights are cancelled, and SEAT24 forced us to refund, and also pay for a fee!!

Our flights are cancelled by the airline. Because we bought the flight tickets from SEAT24, we need to contact SEAT24 for rebooking. We thought this could be straightforward because we have been through this several times.

However, SEAT24 didn't help us rebook; instead, several SEAT24 agents told us that refunding was the only option. In addition, we were informed that we had to pay administration fees for the refund. This is absolutely insane since it is just a lie. It is clear that there were available tickets when I searched then. Finally, another nice agent was connected and we got an alternative flight that we can rebook (an administration fee is needed thou).

From this experience, it is hard for me to trust such travel agencies any longer because they cannot handle things correctly. Some agents do not know what they are doing, and they simply tell you it is impossible according to XXX policies. However, this is untrustable. Last time to book with this agency.

Bad customer service, no reimbursement

The quality of the customer service is extremely low - the employees are not able to provide sufficient information and are very unfriendly. Seat24 did not reimburse my flights which were cancelled more than 2 years ago. Never again!!!

Worst Customer Service!

Worst Customer Service!! Best not to book a ticket from them. Tried so many times to cancel or rebook a flight and I was passed from one agent to another. Total nightmare!! Happened also to a friend who also booked a ticket from them. They also don't send updates regarding your flight. If anything is confirmed or not.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! I booked Gulf Air from Singapore to Bangkok and got an email that it was cancelled. I called the customer service and
1) their English was so bad it was hard for them to understand me or vice versa.
2) they said there was no alternative flight +-1day so they would have to cancel the flight and charge a fee of 15 eur.
3) the next day I find out that there was indeed an alternative flight 15 minutes before that original flight, I checked that the refund has not been accepted by the airline yet, so I called Seat24 again, and they said it is impossible to do anything now because it is cancelled and blamed the whole thing on me. It was like talking to a moody, badly programmed robot.

Seems like an obvious scam of taking customers' cash early, charge fees for 'service' and then cannot promise a refund. I am appalled.

Worst experience

It is the worst experience i have had with my travel!! And the customer service has not replied to a single email or call at all.
On Seat24 portal i booked a flight with 2x23 kg check-in luggage. But by the airline, only 1x23 kg was allowed.
We had to pay 163€ per Bag.
The airline said to get a refund from Seat24, but it has been impossible to connect with them. Hoping to speak to someone amd clear out the matter.
Till then, Worst Service Ever!

The service staff handled my rebooking request professionally despite a slight language barrier and I got immediate service. Although the procedure required some research on the customer care center side and a follow-up call, the agent showed patience and responded politely.

I contacted their customer service…

I contacted their customer service because of a question I had about my extra luggage. The phone call was over in under than 10 minutes and I got the answers to everything I wished. I’m sure some people have had negative experiences but I have nothing bad to say about Seat24 so far. Hopefully others will also give positive feedback if everything goes smoothly :)

Seat24 did not refund the flight ticket for a canceled flight!

My flight with Easyjet was canceled. After contacting Easyjet it turned out, ticket price was refunded to seat24 2 months ago. However, seat24 did not refund the flight ticket for a canceled flight! It needs to contact them, to ask them for a refund and they charge 15 EUR for the "service"! Seat24 is scam and fraud!

The airline changed the flight time (at least that's what they told me), but I didn't receive any notification from the seat24.de. And vice versa I kept receiving friendly notifications about my upcoming flight for the wrong time. Then the time for check-in comes (in 1.5 months after buying the tickets), it shows me the time couple of hours earlier. WAAT. I cannot make this flight. The call center cannot help, the only possible opportunity is reimbursement from the airline, minus fees from SEAT24.de (WTFFFF). SCAMMERS!!

The company basically works like a scam. If you need something, their call centre is based in India, where the workers have no idea what they're doing. This incompetence means seat24 doesn't have to do anything to keep your money, because they could claim customer service helped you- assuming anyone at this company took responsibility for anything.

mycket dålig service!! ring numret de gav mig, efter att ha väntat pratar tjejen bara till mig på engelska supersnabbt och jag förstår ingenting, jag ber henne prata svenska och hon ger mig samma nummer som jag ringde!! Det slutade med att jag pratade med henne och ingenting förstås då hon har en indisk accent tycker jag, men det värsta är att hon pratar som om hon pratar med sin kompis...dålig service!! sedan ringde jag ett annat nummer 0770457724 och igen på engelska och att jag måste ringa imorgon....och jag frågade honom om han har uppmärksamhet på spanska och han säger "ja" och kopplar mig på spanska och ett automatiskt svar: detta nummer är frånkopplad ... hemsk Seat24
very bad service!! call the number they gave me, after waiting the girl speaks to me only in English super fast and I don't understand anything, I ask her to speak in Swedish and she gives me the same number I called!! In the end I ended up talking to her and nothing is understood since she has an Indian accent, I think, but the worst thing is that she speaks as if she is talking to her friend...bad service!! then I called another number 0770457724 and again in English and that I have to call tomorrow....and I asked him if he has attention in Spanish and he says "yes" and connects me in Spanish and an automatic answer: this number is disconnected. ...horrible Seat24

If your flight is canceled

I think If your flight is canceled, they have your phone in the system and they won’t respond to you. I tried to read them for many days but I was in the waiting list number 100 or more. Whenever I wait for around half an hours I get disconnected so I have to put down the phone. Simply Catastrophe.
