A company to beware of. Incompetent and greedy. Although you paid for extra events, it does not matter, Lufthansa removed the first flight in a trip with several changes, which meant that the trip was not carried out. No help with rebooking? Why use seat24?
Scammer.

This company is incredibly incompetent and greedy. The airline cancelled the flight, now Seat24 wants money to handle the refund of my ticket fare. In the last 10 days I tried to contact them 3x by mail and 4x by phone, no response at all. One star is far too kind!

The prices get more expensive the first time you click it, the insurances they try and trick you into buying are way overpriced, and when you finally fill out all your personal information they save it even when the purchases isn't made and send emails without consent!!! Because NO I did not finish ANY of my attempted purchases because when you finally fill out all your personal information and they have taken it into their database illegally they RAISE THE PRICE AT THE END EVERY TIME WITH HUGE AMOUNTS!!! STAY AWAY!!

customer service is very important for such companies and for seat24 I unfortunately have to say it is worst of all. Customer contact via Email does not have many options and via call is just a joke.

1027 Euro of my money has been stolen by Seat24.de. Two months and numerous phone calls amounting to 40+ hours of call waiting. Calls get cut off at 2 hours so a total waste of time when you're starting at number 100+ in the queue. CRIMINALS!!

Please do not use this seat24 platform, if you do not want to lose your money, I resorted to a ticket change with the flexible rate, but they were unable to do it, incompetent, totally absent service, do not book with them please! !!!

Complete desaster - the airline changed the business flight and I could then change the date - which I did - I spent about 30 hours in different hotlines speaking to highly incompetent employees in India. It worked best, when I respected the Indian working hours since at 4 AM European time you could get through to their hotline. If they could not solve the problem or for whatever reason the connection failed.... Eventually we could settle the issue with LatAm - also incompent, when we wante to make a complaint - after another 20 hours in the hotline. Never again seat24!

Flight cancelled without a solution. Things happen to flights and airlines, no issues. But can you please at least return my money? Still waiting for my refund after almost a year.

I did the whole booking process and at the last step the price for the flight increase to 200 Euros more!

Please never book with them. I booked a flight with them and got tested covid positive. So I had wanted to rebook. Firstly Its a pain to get hold of anyone from their customer support to reschedule. Looks like they are severely understaffed. Then after you make the payment for the booking they increase the fare saying fares are dynamic. They asked me to pay 236 euros for the rebooking. I paid the 236 euros through the link they sent. Then just a day before the travel, they sent me a mail saying that I need to pay 804 Euros as the fare prices have increased!!!! How can you ask the customer to pay for dynamic fares after they have paid for the booking????

I bought a ticket that costs me 1380 euros. They cancelled my purchase next day due to a “technical error”. They made the refund for 1350, 30 euros less!. But actually as I was paying with a credit card in dollars it ended up being 100 dollars less. I called them before they made the refund asking for not to cancel my booking and not to refund less than what I paid. No one answered the phone and a guy on the chat told me “there is nothing I can do” and he closed the conversation chat. So rude. WORST AGENGY EVER

why nobody complain at police for FRAUD?!

With travelstart i had a booking from Vienna to tunis in 2013, while the flight was canclled by the airline, i got NO notification and NO alternative flight( not from the airline nor from Travelstart !!!).

After a while, i have tried to get a refund from Travelstart, for the taxes, as if it was a no show, i got no answer.
As i contacted the airline directly after 5 months, it apperd that the airline has REFUNDED the full sum of the booking to Travelstaer, and supplied me with all the written data.
Travelstart DID NOT REFUND the money !!
Only after contacting them with the data, demanding them for a full refund, they refunded the booking sum (262,50€) without the credit card fees.
I demanded them to also refund the 12€ CC fees, which under those bizarre facts, they did !!

Just think very well BEFORE using those portals for your bookings !!!

Now i have the same problem with SEAT24, as our flight with Aegean was cncelles 2 years ago ( COVID19), and until now i got NO REFUND !!

The customer service is doing its best to avoid all email with STUPID answers like, "we can not find your booking", even thouth i supplied them their written confirmation to the booked flight !!!!( all the email correspondence is saved of course).

Guess the best way is filling a fraud complaint to be investigated by the authorities and police !!!

I have been travelling for long time and this is by far the worst company I've ever booked a flight with.

- My flight was cancelled by the airline and they didn't contact me at all regarding the refund.

- They are not reachable via email and every time I try to call them, it takes them at least an hour to answer.

- It took them a month to update me on the refund and extra 3 months to issue the refund!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never ever book with seat24.de

They are showing up never scheduled itinerary and the Airlines I traveled never agreed on 19 hr layover but seat24.de does. This messed up everything.

My partner and I paid for two tickets, but we never received the confirmation of the flight after purchasing it. I have contacted the company via phone (they don't answer) and tried to write them via email without any answers either. This company must be a scam.

Absolute worst company you can deal with. Easy to book your flight, yes but afterwards the troubles rain in!! Booked my flight to Cancun and back home with check-in luggage both directions and option to change the flight home. Well turns out that I never got the check-in luggage although I paid for it. When confronted about it they paid back the money of course. I had to change the date of my flight which I thought was going to be just a small fee but turns out it's 1300€ which was double the amount I paid for the return ticket in the first place.. WARNING: DON'T USE SEAT24 EVER!!

I tried to contact their user support on all channels (phone, chat, email, online form) without any success.
Avoid them at all costs!

The worst experience ever. Don't book with this agency. They said my flight got cancelled by the airline and later said the airline refuses to pay a refund. Now, over 1000 Euro are gone. This is theft! When you try to contact somebody you only reach a call center in India who are reading off scripts and won't give out contact details of managers.

The worst customer service which I have encountered in my entire life!! My flight was canceled by the airline. I was informed with one email pressuring me to answer within 5 days. I replied within a day to claim the refund to which I was entitled. I have never gotten a response, despite writing multiple emails and chat messages. I tried to handle the issue via the call center, but after 30 to 40 minutes in the waiting line each time, I was attended to by completely useless service personnel who either "forwarded" my call to their supervisor, which actually meant just throwing my call out, or promised a call back from the support team which never happened. The agents also refused to provide me with their names and numbers, which is also very unprofessional. I would really recommend everyone to not use this OTA, it's absolutely horrible!!!!!!

Stay far away from this company. The support line is absolutely horrible. They have no customer service and one of the supporters even hung up on me. Further more they won’t help you in any way. One of the letters in my last name was spelled wrong but they refused to help
