They cancelled my booking and did not give back my money with kept saying it was chargeback from the bank. where I paid through Paypal and not a bank. I submitted the confirmation from Paypal that there is no chargeback and payment has been gone through. It's been 5 months and I still have not received my money. scam company.

Don't ever trust them. They are cheating on us. They cancel trips on their own and take a lot of time to respond to our phone or emails to initiate refunds. Even if they/airline canceled our tickets then we need to pay the cancellation fees.

Its a high-tech cheating so don't fall in their trap. I don't know who rated more than 1 star for this business, maybe one of their employees created a fake account and submitted a fake rating.

This business should be banned!

No support, customer service hanging up on you, another trash German service.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Mein Gepäck wurde einfach gecancelt, der Kundenservice versteht nur Englisch, kann nicht helfen und bricht Gespräche einfach ab. Man wird angeblich zur zuständigen Personen weitergeleitet und dann fliegt man aus der Warteschleife.

My flight was postponed for one day by the airline. Seat24 simply canceled my luggage and didn't send any information about the postponed flight. Customer service hotline is horrible. Waiting for one hour for in incompetent person who can not help at all. Called a german number, callcenter was probably in india. No german speaking person was availiable.

No refund!

The airline mailed me about my refund. The „travel agency“ will cash it out, they said. But Seat24 doesn’t. The same thing with my Baggage. I paid twice for my Baggage, But there is no refund.
Please avoid Seat24!!!

PLEASE DO NOT use Seat24 at any circumstance. They will cancel flights and never refund your money in full. The worst experience of your life and waste of money.

Paid 1600 dkk extra to bring a pet (would only cost 1000 dkk if I had booked through Norweigan directly). Got an email an hour later saying I have to pay 185 dkk extra since they miscalculated. Customer support is terrible as well.

terrible waiting times. staff is unqualified, make mistakes and nobody can solve it on the call or helps you fix it. they charge a support fee of 30euros but I had booked originally business class and they accidentally put me in economy and refuse to fix it.

Absolute worst company ever! Just stay away from them! They keep changing the flights, refuse to respond to emails. Demand to call them at a useless indian phone support and then they provide 0 help. Instead the demand MORE money in order to fix problems themselves or the airlines caused. This is straight up terrorism and maffia behaviour!

The Worst Customer service once can have. Spoke with 7 different persons for more than 90 minutes to get no result

Very Disappointing

I booked two tickets 4 months in advance over this website. 3 Days before the flight I receive following email:

(Dear Sir/ Madam,

Your flight(s) for booking xxxxx has been cancelled by the airline. Unfortunately, you will not be able to travel as planned.

The airline has advised that you can apply for a refund for your trip. Alternatively, we can apply for a refund from the airline on your behalf)

I called the airline and they said back in September the ticket was issued and few seconds later cancelled by Seat24. The airline could not do anything because they said they don't have any information, since the tickets were never issued.

Anyway, I applied on January 10th for a refund. I'm still waiting for the payment. I contacted Seat24 they say, the airline has not paid back, so they are still waiting. I contacted the airline they say, they never received any money from Seat24. Seat24 has many companies. I will never book through them again.

I'm more than satisfied with the help o Majid. The connection was not good due to my location and when the line got cut off, he tried to reach me seven times!!! That is a lot of effort I never saw from any service center before.
When I had a better reception I called back and got so lucky to get Majid back on the phone. He helped me and answered all my requests in very short time, and was very polite when I even had a personal question.
Best service call I had in a very, very long time. thanks

Not support at all

Terrible service! I have booked a flight and have chosen my connection flight with the same airline so that if there are any changes or delays they would book me on another flight.
My upcoming flight had a little delay so I would not make my connecting flight with the same airline. When I asked them to book me on another flight I had to pay an extra booking fee and the difference of that flight.
It happened 5 days before my departure and I had to speak with 4 different operators. The flight cost me more if I would have booked directly with the airline.
It is not worth it. I would never go with them again

DO NOT USE IT!!! BOOK DIRECTLY VIA AIRLINE AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My flight got cancelled, ok happens, but then you are not able to get any reasonable information, noone knows anything and I'm waiting for days for a confirmation from the airline if the rebooking proposal (for which I have to pay extra to seat24 by the way) is ok. This is ridiculous, save yourself a hassle and just book directly with airline, I have 2 days to get back to and ZERO information what flight I'm on and I'm travelling with small kids and have booked original flight to assist an elderly person, they obviously do not give a damn, so avoid it and save yourself stress.

Booked with credit card to get the discount, and they did not calculate the discount to the price. such a joke

They issue the ticket which are not verifiable at airlines. If you call most of the customer service employees are rude. They do not hear out customer's problem.I do not recommend to book ticket at seat24.

Worst Customer service ever! After booking a flight with the option to change the flight dates (extra costs applied) I tried to get in touch to change my flight numerous times weeks before the departure date. After waiting for a very long time at a time and many employees without any clue I got told that I will shortly be contacted by an employee with options to change my flight every time. Never happened. I had to book a complete new flight. Now, two months later I received a email by seat24 with the quote that rebooking is not permitted as I was a now show to my original flight. Seriously!? Big rip off! Never booking with this site again.
