Absolute warning against this company!
Before departure, we were told several times by email and by phone that our flights were canceled by the airline and that we should cancel the booking with Seat24 to get a part of our money back. Strangely enough, the booked flights were still available on the websites of the provider.
By calling the airlines Lufthansa/United Airlines, we managed to book ourselves into the supposedly canceled flights, which at the end took place as planned. It seems to be a criminal trick of the company to sell tickets and then claim that the flights do not take place.
According to Seat24, the decision whether the money is paid back lies with the airline and not with Seat24. The perfect excuse to just keep the paid money!
To avoid unnecessary stress: keep your hands off this company! If it is too late: don't just believe what they say or pay extra to make any changes. Rather call the airline directly to take care of your booking on your own. Luckily this worked for us.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your flight delay caused us damage amounting to 800 euros. I hereby request you to reimburse the damage within 2 weeks, otherwise I will take legal action.

I have been seat2 customer since long. I bought tickets last year too from seat24. My return flight was cancelled by the Etihad airline and since I bought ticket not directly from airline, I contacted seat24 for refund and since then I am begging them for my refund. Their customer service Agents are always making false excuses that they are contacting airline (everytime since 5 months) and they will let me know very soon but I didnt get any reply or other infos from them. They are not returning my money.

Seat24 say you can add bags online later. When you want they show the online option, but it is not possible to pay and then you will have to contact them by chat or phone which again costs extra. Not very fair or trustworthy!

A complete disaster, they are breaking the law by not re-paying taxes related to flight tickets and their consumer support is under all criticism. do yourself a favor and choose another travel agent

By far the worst place to book your international flight.

This is a fraudulent website. I bought a ticket with a cancellation guaranty of 90% of the ticket price for more than 200 Euros. I was forced to cancel the trip and received a gutscheinecode of 615 Euros but the gutescheincode is not working, when I am searching the ticket from skyscanner and then trying to apply the gutscheincode on seat24 in the payment section.. They are putting different prices on skyscanner and different on their own website and jack up the gutscheinecode.

Terrible customer service. Bad feedback, long waits, terrible english and not very helpfull at all.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Called 20+ times to cancel my booking and issue the refund because the airline has cancelled my flight. The agents never pick up the phone or they hang up on you when they don't know how to answer the question. HORRIBLE. When you asked them questions, they would just keep silent and didn't repsond. THEN THEY WOULD SIMPLY CUT THE LINE!!!!

If I could give zero points I would. Hands down one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had, they rip you off it is infuriating dealing with them as you are being treated like a complete idiot by the customer (non) care center somewhere in India. The most unprofessional travel experience I have ever had, where staff officially lie to you.
Stay away and choose another provider!

Tricked me into accepting a voucher. Wanted to charge me for rebooking afterwards. Voucher expired, all money is gone

I called them 7 times to cancel my flight about 2 weeks before from departure. They did nothing for me and I was charged and even they told me that I will get money but still I am waiting from 6 months.
I will not recommend seat24 to anyone. The most bad experience I have with them.

Got an Email that money from a canceled flight will be charged back to me within 5 days. This was one month ago - but no money. I am waiting for an reply from seat24 - if no reply this goes to lawyer which will cost them some euros on top... (good there are law insurances in Germany so I don't pay for the lawyer but the insurance company makes this using their lawyer).

After having promised flight tickets and baggage and failing me on both accounts without informing me. I had to buy new tickets at the airport counter and also baggage. They haven't refunded original charges over 600e. I've contacted customer support on at least 6 different occasions with no resolution. Downright awful.

Booked a flight including return.
Return was cancelled by airline several days before.
Seat.24 refuses to give me back the money (I don't know if they got back the money from the airline or not...) they just refuse to do anything and say I have to deal with this myself with the airline.
(My friend booked at another agency, and got the money back when the airline cancelled the flight - one day before the flight was scheduled)

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ive been in the hotline for 2+ hours, transfered 10+ times, everyone is telling me a different thing and nobody has a solution. I will never book through this platform again.

I have booked and cancelled my ticket afterwards since the ticket price went up all of a sudden! I contacted the customer service(quick to respond and friendly) and I got my refund 2 days after :)

Paramedic advice: Avoid they are Horrible scammers!

The worst travel agency ever! Bought the tickets more than a month in advance and had my flights cancelled without any communication few days before the trip! No explanation why, as the flights were available in the flight companies. Got to know about the cancelation by the airlaines! Rude personal on the phone, and got on hold for 44 minutes without any attendancy! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Booked my flights Lufthansa-United via Seat24. 3 weeks before departure I received an email that my flight got canceled. Checked with both airlines, no flight got canceled, only a time shift of an hour on the 3. flight. So an information about a change in departure time would have been fine and expected, but not calling it a cancelation and ask me what they should do. If I do not react, I will be a "no show" and can not get any refund..

...?!

I sent them an email with details and my again confirmed flight and seats.
Another email reply I have to confirm my flights so they can send me my tickets...

Again.. I did the work, I do not need another ticket, I received everything from the airlines.

This company is a waste of time. Better to invest 25 € more (that was my difference to another booking agency) and rest assured.
