I highly recommend not to book with this site. They would not refund you the money even though the airline does due to country travel restrictions.
Best way is book direct via the airline or through credible sites, like expedia.com

Used COVID to not refund not delivered flights = scam
Tried to contact customer support 10 times - calls dropped, emails not answered. Horrible experience so far - get a lawyer, because they sure will not do anything to refund your money....

Its a fake company always do fraud with customers and take more after cancelling they never refunded their money ……never again this

Close to a fraud. Not returning money after 1y, not allowing rebooking on flexible flights, and worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Customer Service Calls were dropped many times! Though only sometimes I would receive call backs! And on top of that for refund of the cancelled flights they charged me €30!!! I called airlines they said if you had book with us directly we would not charge you €30 because the flight was cancelled from their side!

I feel during pandemic especialls seat24 has made it their business! Because in the total refund I received €50 less. I understand some taxes cannot be refunded but out of €50, €30 was there fee and €20 Non refundable taxes. Meaning there service fee was more than the taxes even!! They are just taking advantage of the covid situation!

I am still waiting for this people to refund my money back after 3 months, this has to be a scam.

horrible! Trash agency, got a flight cancelled a year ago and I still havent been refunded. You cant get a hold of their customer service either

Booked a flight that I had to cancel because of ridiculous rescheduling from Seat24. The airline company refunded my payment to Seat24 who decided to keep the refund. I didn't get a single dime.

I will never ever book a flight through Seat24 again. Travellers, beware!

I would not recommend them. We have lost +2000 euros. No one can be reached per Telefon. The only answers we get per email is that there is nothing they can do for us and that we lost all our tickets completely with zero refund possible. Unbelievable.

We bought tickets. We wanted to make some changes. We called them 2 hours a day for 2 months. Nobody can be reached. You can not change your booking again or cancel it. Your money is just gone. Please take care

We wanted to rebook our flight.

Beware if you book and want to rebook later on.
Seat 24 only have a certain number of available tickets.

Meaning, if you want to change your flight, be prepared for headache finding a flight suiting you dates and price, they will be high and not the dates you want.

I bought a ticket.
I found out personally that the flight was cancelled by the airline.
Seat24 gave me no notice at all.
I tried to contact them... no answer.
Not via email. Not via phone (I was waiting more than hour and a half on the line and nobody answered).
They cashed the money and then ignored me completely.
I managed to contact the airline and they could solve it for me. So in summary: You pay for a flight that doesn't take place and nobody will answer you... but your money, oh yes that they happily take.

This is a scam. I booked a flight with them that was cancelled with air canada and while trying to rebook my flight they kept telling me I had to deal directly with air canada, air canada said I need to rebook through seat24 as they handled the original booking. After pleading with air canada for help as I was so frustrated with seat 24 I found out that air canada refunded my ticket over 6 months ago to seat 24 and that they had my money. I am still trying to get my refunded money back from them.

Close to fraud - Do not book there!

Even two years later I have not got my money back. My airline has refunded my money to Seat24 six months ago, however Seat24 did not refund me this money, yet.
Seat24 has done an excellent job establishing effective methods and hurdles for their customers to get into contact with them.
Do not expect any kind of service from the moment you have paid your booking.

Not responding, taking ages to handle a cancellation and as I initiated a chargeback when they did not respond now they responded that due to the chargeback they will not respond at all and take more time. There is a legal limit of one week and I initited the chargeback after a month. Cheap price but IT issues leading to erroneous bookings and then problems.

Showed a lower price with various discounts. Then charged 50 Euros more. No way to change it. Aboslute rip off. Seat24 -> never again!

I paid two way ticket. Some reason I can't travel.i don't get any refund.

.Spam company: as soon as you book the flight and pay the money they cancel your trip and give you no refund!
.Fraud : they give you registration names that don't even work.
.Mega burocracy + irresponsible/rude customer service : whenever I call it takes them more than 2 hours to respond + when they finally respond they hang up the call if asked for refunds. They only respond to trick new poor customers.
never ever use this company. I don't know how such a money stealing company continues to work in Germany.
