I received a message that my flight has been cancelled. I have contacted Seat24 since April several times to rebook my flight. They promise me to rebook it, but I haven't received anything yet!!!! The flight is next week!!

I should have read these reviews before booking something with these scammers!!!! They are shameless thieves! They sent me an Email in horrible English saying that the payment couldn't be confirmed and so they couldn't proceed with the booking. Then I got a second Email, again in very bad English, saying that the booking couldn't be confirmed but that the pre-authorized payment had been removed from my card and that no money would be charged. What? That makes no sense at all! All I know, is that the money got indeed removed from my card but now I have no booking confirmation at all! Customer service doesn't answer! What can I do?!? (One would think that Nordics are honest people... yeah, sure!)

They don't deserve a star. They are SCAMMERS and liars and airline should avoid them. They have frustrated the hell out of me. You can't even get your booking via their site. My advice is spend your money on a proper airline, book directly from the airline because these people would ruin your happiness. Very terrible service and rude customer agents.

Our flight was cancelled and Seat24 confirmed a refund. After all the confirmations from Turkish Airlines Seat24 sent an email that our refund will be issued within 5 business days. It has already been 3 weeks and nothing. Based on other reviews it looks like nothing is going to happen, glad at least I booked through the protected card, so hopefully I will receive my money back with the banks help. Definitely worst experience so far.

Worst customer service I have seen in my lifetime!
My brother booked a ticket online and they allowed him to do so to even though it required a transit visa which was never mentioned to him. When I learned this at the airport I called them back and they told me the following:
1. We don’t know that, only the airline can help you
2. We can only refund if you claim 24h before the flight
3. when I then asked to cancel the returning ticket, they told me they can’t cancel even though it was in 2 weeks.
This is the worst experience with any booking agency I have ever seen and I would not recommend this to anyone. It’s a scam to a limit.

Shocking experiences
Shocking experiences. I actually have no words to describe the dreadful experience I’ve had with them. I was suppose to get a refund of 300€ from them for two cancelled flights for my children. Instead it would cost me 1000€ to rebook my husband’s flight which they also cancelled, regardless of numerous times informing them that passenger needed to remain active. And all I get in return is “we are sorry, goodbye”. Now my husband cannot attend the family reunion in London which we had been looking forward to for months–– I am beyond angry and frustrated, I am just utterly sad and disappointed
I have wasted two days of my life, and a lot of money due to their glaring incompetence and won’t be able to celebrate a long awaited family get-together with my husband there –– STAY AWAY!!!

Cancelled flight in September from Frankfurt to Calama. Half a year later no refund which the airline (Lufthansa) has proven to have sent already months ago. I have sent Lufthansas reply via mail to Seat24 multiple times by now. So, by my definition: Money has been stolen from me which is rightfully mine.

rejected booking and inadequat/poor support
the night after I booked the ticket I got an email that the "rebooking" couldn't get confirmed. I never did any kind of rebooking, Also, I never got a confirmation mail for my "normal" booking, however the money was withdrawn from my bank account. When I chated with an agent he wasn't very helpful, just telling me that apperently they couldn't confirm the booking as they didn't get any money (Why was the money withdrawn from my bank account though??) And that I have to get in touch with my bank to get the money back. So tomorrow I will go and talk to my bank, see what they say, but due to a technical problem of seat24 now I have to figure out how to get the money back my self, and find a new ticket which is now already more expensive.... The costumer service also wasn't interested at all in helping me. wouldn't recommend booking there.

Was rebooked 14 times on the outbound journey and 16 times on the return journey. The trip was Copenhagen-San Juan costa rica T/R. Talked to customer service for a total of more than 25 hours. When I contacted the airline, they said that seat 24 had not confirmed my trip so I had been canceled from several flights. Swedish customer service does not exist but if you get to speak to someone , they connect you to the English which is sometimes in English and sometimes in Indian..... I really recommend avoiding seat24.

I booked a direct flight that was cancelled by the airline. I was rebooked on another flight, but this now has a stopover that lasts all night. The customer service via phone is virtually impossible to reach, hardly has one reached an employee after hours of waiting, he directs you to another employee, because he allegedly can not help in this particular case and so it goes on and on. Instead of offering another flight alternative or organizing a hotel stay, nothing happens. Book with other tour operators or with the airline directly. Seat24 are scammers!

EDIT: They now scammed me of 440 EUR and are refusing to refund it. Their livechat service is terrible and they transferred me between 5 different agents from India (obviously just playing around with me) before they told me they will not refund my money.
Very misleading booking medium, charged me 100 EUR extra for luggage whereas the official airline's website has the same ticket available for the initial price seat24 is offering, but including the luggage.
I did a huge mistake to use them, please avoid them. They don't care about your problem, they are just happy they've gotten their extra money and will not bat an eye

Hi all,
I booked flight from Seat24 for our family trip. From confirmation Seat24 sent to me, everything is fine. However, when I check in Emirates website, my daughter's name is missing a part of her name.
Since it is mistake from Seat24, I contacted Seat24 for several times to ask for correct my daughter name. They either said that it will be okay with the Airline, or wait we are processing your request. It is more than a month of 5 times contact via emails, phone call. They always just want to igno your problem or just say WAIT...................
Please be aware of horible custormer service from Seat24 and make your smart choice for your booking.

Changing flight
Had to change my flight with seat24. Turns out, that they made an error and I could not check in. Customer service was slow to act on my issue and didn't understand the urgency. The help I received was only very little. Most frustrating experience I ever had.
I will not book with them again and highly recommend to change bookings with the airline directly if possible.
