A month before my scheduled flight seat24 sent me an email saying that my flight had been cancelled, i called the airline and they told me it wasn’t true, that everything was alright. I then called the seat24 costumer service and they kept telling me i could get my money back even though there was nothing wrong with the flights. But they kept insisting I should just take the money. I then went to the airport and spoke to the airline. They printed the flight dates out for me and were very nice and helpful. Seat24 on the other side was not. I then wrote them an email and told them I would get on that flight since there was nothing wrong with it. I then heard nothing from them anymore up until A WEEK before my flight when they sent me the exact same email stating the flight has been cancelled. I then told them the same thing I told them on the last email and haven’t heard nothing back from them since then. I am now back from my vacation and everything went well with the flights. I don’t know why Seat24 so desperately wanted me to give up my ticket and take the money. I just know that the weeks leading up to my departure where very stressful because of Seat24. So I would NOT recommend booking a flight from them.

Worst flight experience ever...they are very unprofessional and do not reply properly from customers support.. They cheated with me...I highly discourage all to book flight though them.

We have booked several flights over 3 different portals. Due to illness we had to cancel our trip. Seat24 is the only one we're still in the process to have our flights cancelled and get a confirmation. It has been over 8 weeks. With the 2 other companies within 3-5 business days everything was cancelled, and confirmation was given in order to be sent to our travel insurance. I would definitely not recommend booking with them. Also just as a crispy info, I have over 20 emails exchanged about what is needed. All in English and they still don't get it

I paid for a ticket + checkin through Seat24, but there appears only 'errors' and I have no idea how to contact them. The facetime phone numbers are not valid anymore. Today December 8th, 2023

I wasn’t able to take my flight I booked with Seat24 due to illness. Cancelled my tickets and needed to get taxes and fees payed back to be able to get my money back from my trip cancellation insurance. Contacted the customer support multiple times over a period of 3 months. No necessary information were shared, the customer support is unable to communicate in understandable ways (due to language barriers). Moreover, even though I’d be totally capable to manage the process on my own, they force the customer to pay 40,- € to get everything going themselves. This is a real rip-off.

They canceled our flight twice! We left three days later as planned and then on our flight back they rebooked us again. With another 2 days delay!

Don't! Just don't travel with seat24!

Booked a flight from Germany to Philippines on November 2. The amount was deducted on my Bank account but I did not receive any confirmation. I keep on calling for updates and according to them they will refund. It took a while but finally they were able to return the exact amount on my bank account on November 14.

Booked a flight with Ryanair and tried to punch in the details. No dice. Contacted support and they asked me to try again. They wouldn't listen to me and instructed me to send my identification to a provided email. It was from Ryanair but at that point I didn't trust it. Went through the official website and again no dice. Code was invalid. Called them back and received no help from them. It was difficult to forward my problems and they didn't seem interested in helping. It sounded like they were reading a script. I suspect they are a scam company judging by the dodgy emails, invalid codes and impossible customer support. STEER CLEAR OF SEAT24

Totally unprofessional. They don´t answer to the changes on the flights from the airlines and just give excuses when we call them telling this new time is not possible for us.

The worst travelling company i ever been in contact with. No service at al. Just reading from a manual when trying to get in contact with the support.

Since two weeks I am trying to get to change my flight with no success. Every time I call I am told to wait because someone will call me back, but this does not happen. While the people are nice the service is completely rubbish. I will make sure to file an official complaint and make sure everyone knows what "great" quality this company delivers.

Flight Back from Bali got canceled 15 days before departure, there was no help at all from Seat24.

At first the only option they gave us was a refund. After countless Emails they offert an alternative flight and asked for our confirmation to rebook. After our confirmation we waited another 10 days before Seat24 told us, that the seats in this alternative flight were no longer available.
In this 10 days we asked constanlty if the rebook happend, but didnt got an update.

All in all very bad support.

NEVER BOOK AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY. Booked a trip for around 750 Dollars, with the so called "trip insurance". Due to an issue how seat24 booked the ticket, I was not allow to enter India, since the tickets were not on the same page. Therefore I lost all three flights.

I spent countless hours with airlines and seat24. Seat24 tried to push all problems back to the airlines.

I cancelled the flights after it was clear I am not allow to flight through seat24. Seat24 forgot to cancel one flight, so it was not possible to get money back.

At the end, I received 55 Dollars, rest is gone.

Seat24.de is playing around with us.They are not refunding our amount.Flight is cancelled on 25.08.2023 and today is 14.09.2023

I tried to change the name 5 min after I made a booking, but they always managed to get the name wrong, no matter how many times I wrote it down, and it was around 40-50 times...

I lost around 40€ for the name change, 2h of communication back and forth and a lot of nerves.

Please guys, don't book with them at any circumstances.

Be prepared to wait for repayment if trips i cancelled. If you at all will get your money back. Customerservice is very poor if at all will be able to get hold of anyone. Chattfunction is underdeveloped..Will never use Seat24 again

Scammers. Flight canceled, no real customer service, just bunch of indians who always tell they connect you to another person and the next indian guy waits there ready to help you with zero.

Big liars and thieves. First and last experience with them. I bought a flight for my whole family with them, in the Booking confirmation with the airline my daughter's name did not appear. I tried for a week every day to resolve this issue with them. Always the same answer, everything was right and all I had to do was go to the airport. Result, unable to board, last call made and they said there was nothing they could do. Beware of these thieves. Not worth it.

This company is a SCAM
Right before getting my ticket and pay flr them they claimed price for ticket is rising. Paid extra 80e. Went to the Pegasus site and indeed price is 80e lower so they scammed me right before payment.
I tried to cancel but that is 80e cancellation fee so the try to keep the scammed amount no matter what.
Never use them it's a worst POS.

Very bad company. The offer does not worth the hussel.
I tried to change my flight because of a visa issue. They ask for money more than the ticket it self. And when i tried to contacted the airline company directly, I found that they block it and can not process my ticket from the airplane company.
I guess you know the company worth by how they deal with their customers. I wish i saw the reviews before i book my ticket from them.
