Maybe this will get a response from the customer service team

Let me start by saying we had an excellent experience with this company previously so had no concerns ging back again. What a mistake.
The customer service here is atrocious. Stay away. After we placed the order, the order was delayed shipping, which was concerning ahead of Christmas. We made multiple efforts to get a response and update. In the end we had to order the item elsewhere, so when this arrived we returned on the first day post Christmas opening by courier. We are still waiting for our refund. We have had to get the credit card involved. The company will not answer emails or the phone.

FRAUD

It's Fraud, until today I haven't received the order, not even a satisfaction, I received a false indication that it took 5 to 7 days, that was on December 5th and it's an order worth £4575

Scammers had my money over a month on a…

Scammers had my money over a month on a pre order which everyone of there items seem to be to hold onto your money to get interest of or invest into something else because you never recive any goods they pretend to keep you upto date via emails but no tracking or proof that anything is on its way to you I work within the transport network and know that anything of high value is tracked and proof of delivery and every step of the way regarding transit is logged. They could not provide any such information so contacted PayPal for a refund and within 30 minutes I was issued a refund and told my parcel that was shipped to me days ago would now go to someone else although it states it is a next day delivery service 🤔 very suspicious. Don’t be fooled by the prices you never receive the items it’s just a scam to play with money that isn’t theirs to begin with hopefully this review helps. They do refund you but this isn’t the point I could have ordered elsewhere and received the item I actually bought so all this did was waste my time.

This company is stealing peoples money stay well away no Ninebot Lamborghini go kart just took my money and nothing back no communication THIEFS

Ordered Ninebot Segway Lamborghini for £1500 on 17th October to be told it’s on pre order to 10/11/2023 so waited and told after the 10th it been held back to the 30/11/2023 with tracking number and would be sent on 3-5 day delivery window got email saying it’s been shipped on 5/12/2023 with no tracking as it’s on a pallet 🤔 still no go kart and very poor communication from my emails now I’m left with very unhappy 6 year old who has had his Xmas ruined from this company who have a good score on trust pilot this company is a joke take your money and don’t send nothing and also they provide a phone number what does not work this company is stealing peoples hard earned money there criminals stay well clear of these scumbags sorry for the harsh words but they have left me with nothing for my kids Xmas total joke there even getting a good score on these reviews

£999.00 Ninebot gokart purchased and no product or communicatio

I purchased a Ninebot gokart on the 25th November and then received an email on the 5th Dec to say it has been sent. It is now the 13th and there has been no further contact. I have tried to call the company but the phone number is no longer recognised, I have also sent an email on 11th Dec and no response. I have a disabled daughter who is unable to use or play with many toys as she only has the use of one hand/ arm and cannot walk. I realise that it may be busy time of year but all I ask is for some knowledge of what’s happening with the product that I have purchased. I have spent £999.00 and cannot afford to buy any other present. It’s now 20 days since I purchased this product and only 11 days until Christmas and I have the feeling that I am not going to have anything to give my daughter on Christmas Day from Santa. I received an email on the 19th December asking if I had received the product which I replied that nothing has been received. It is now the 29th Dec and have had no further contact and I was correct in saying that I had no Ninebot go kart to give to my daughter on Christmas Day.

Was quite a struggle to get the segways…

Was quite a struggle to get the segways but always got an answer to my emails which was good. Gave one to my 8 year old grandson on Sunday and he absolutely loves it with the cart on so worth the wait. Other grandchildren will get theirs at Christmas but I know they will be equally delighted. Thank you.

Wrong wheels, no technical data

I have bought two wheels for hoverboard but I've recieved two items differerent each other. Different part number and different performances. Performances inferior than the normal. I write an email but I am still waiting for the answer. My purchase was done in order to test the wheels before doing a big order for industrial application.

replacement 6.5” wheel for original Hoverboard.

Ordered a replacement 6.5” wheel (motor) for an original hoverboard. Arrived within two days and was direct replacement for the Original.
20 minutes to fit (very easy) and has fixed the reoccurring fault which was causing the Hoverboard to unexpectedly fail whilst using.
Would definitely recommend.

Communication isn't the best!

We received 2 faulty boards - one with broken lights on the one side, one which developed a crack along the body within 24h of owning it.
Contacting the company is problematic - the phone line currently is not working (according to the company although not communicated on the web page or FB page) emails were unanswered for several days even though I marked it URGENT. Although to give them credit, when they did reply, they were quick to organise a replacement of the first faulty board and collection (awaiting refund) on the second board.
It's a shame we have had a disappointing experience this time, as we have used this company before - 3/4 years ago we had a previous hoverboard. My son spent hours on it, but it eventually died, hense purchasing a new one.
Maybe we have been unlucky with a faulty batch, but they really do need to sort out their communication as its frustrating to the customer. Maybe even adding a ln automatic reply to emails saying 'we will reply within .... many days' at least it creates a boundary for expectation.

The item was faulty

The item was faulty. Emailed and was told I'd get a replacement and send other back. They asked for video evidence, sent that. Waited 2 days and no response, so Emailed them again. Snotty message saying they'd refunded the money. Customer service is despicable and delivery was late.

Pre Ordered a segway mini pro for my…

Pre Ordered a segway mini pro for my son Christmas present supposed to arrive 30th September. Got email saying been delayed till 30th October, so I thought OK we will wait till then,
Came closer to the 30th October I tried calling to check would still arrive on time and sent email no reply, no answer on the phone so was getting a bit worried by then, then after several messages on the 3rd November we get a email saying sorry the item is no longer available and will refund in full,,
Tried looking on another website and its the same company with 2 different websites, 🤔
So now we're stuck with no Christmas present 4 my lad, after waiting 2 months 4 nothing,
Not a good company at all

Useless Customer Service

We bought a hoover board from Segwayfun, it was a Christmas present for our son. Things got off to a good start. The board arrived in good time and seemed to be of good quality. After around 7 months of on/off use, the hoover board refused to turn on. We got in touch with customers service who told me to send an email describing the problem with a short video showing the problem. After that we sent the board back using dpd, which Segway had arranged, with a note telling them where to deliver it back too depending on when it was fixed as we we're going on holiday. Up to that point I couldn't fault them. Once back from holiday, I gave it week before I tried to ring segway, but no one answered. I sent an emailed asking where the hoover board was, and got a reply saying it can take up to 28 working days before repairs are done. I waited until 33 working days, 60 days in total, before I contacted them again by phone and email, but no one replied. I tried phoning a least 6 time at different times of the day, but no one ever answered, I sent several emails with no reply, before I contacted citizens advice, who asked me to send one more email using a template they sent me. Finally after a total of 71 days I got the board back, sent to the wrong address, and not in its original box. They have never apologies for the delay, or for the poor service. For a such a big company, with premium priced goods, the service they provide is terrible.
