The most awful company I’ve ever dealt…

One star is too much. The most awful company I’ve ever dealt with. Awful customer service and a very poor quality product. Broke within a few hours. Rarely answered emails or phone calls. Returned product to be fixed and they refused to sent product back to me or issue refund. Had to take them to the small claims court to get my money back. Avoid like the plague

Bought 2 boards that were 'deals of the…

Bought 2 boards that were 'deals of the day'. Site says same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm which I did. They were sent out the following day which I wasn't too bothered about. However the boards received weren't the ones ordered. Wrong color, narrower board and totally different design, lower power charger. On phoning I was told that they don't have the ones I ordered, don't know when they will have and so are sending these out instead. What a joke- why have the deal of the day on something you don't have and don't know when you will have and then to send out something different without even an email or call to say would this one be ok instead. I have phoned twice and e mailed and they still haven't collected the boards. Appalled.

3 weeks later they still haven't collected or refunded me!

EDIT
I have responded to every e mail and they only booked the collection when I opened and won a case with PAYPAL. (That was to get the boards back after paypal had credited me so they didn't lose out).

So far not good

So far not good. Never received helmet I ordered for my son. Was meant to be next day delivery so he got it with his bike. Need to even contact company but due to current health issues have not had a chance to yet. Will be sorting it this week. Will update once sorted and spoken to the company as not yet had a chance to clear up the issue however was asked to leave a review via this for item.....to be continued...Also thank you for you response I will contact and chase this up now with you guys much appreciated on the response.

Fast delivery & a functioning well

Upon reading reviews for this shop I was a little skeptical about it. But the delivery for me was fast, coming 2 days after delivering as expected based on what the website said.
And the board itself works fine & is great fun. One thing I'd say to fellow board owners to avoid. DON'T TAKE THIS ON MUD/WET GROUND IF YOU HAVE CARPETS INSIDE & WISH TO USE IT INDOORS/CHARGE IT THERE

One last thing. for me, the QR codes did not work, but luckily I was able to find the app for it/an app that works for it, called "Balance Scooter" So if anyone else faces this issue, you're welcome

This company deserves more than 5…

This company deserves more than 5 stars.. I ordered a hoverboard which was delivered in 2days to n Ireland, speedy shipping.. I checked out the hoverboard as it was a Xmas box & found it faulty, it was then I went online & seen all the bad reviews, I rang up the company & the girl offered me a replacement which I declined, probably after reading the bad reviews.. the company speedily arranged for DPD to collect the faulty hoverboard, then I rang the company 1week later to see if they had received the faulty item, which they had & 3days later the money was paid bk into my account.. I have had no problem with this company at all on the contrary a very polite & helpful receptionist, a faulty item collected from my house & a refund in a short space of time.. excellent in my opinion.. well done thankyou👍

Ordered two hoverkit bundles, only received one as per another review on here. Have tried almost every way conceivable to get in touch with them and they are not responding. Abysmal way to do business.

I ordered a hoverboard bundle for my…

I ordered a hoverboard bundle for my daughters Christmas 2021,pre ordered in September and took delivery in October.
I took the hoverboard out to make sure it was working only to discover a fault, I was apprehensive about calling the company as thought there would be alot of hassle. Andrew who I spoke to was brilliant, apologised and sent out a brand new replacement next day delivery and collected the damaged one.
We have since tried the replacement and it's all in working order.
Great service, would definatley recommend!
