Shattered kids birthday dreams

Ordered a Ninetbot GoKart Bundle (including Mini-S) from this web site. And the order was cancelled because apparently I did not pick the correct shipping type. No attempt to contact me to resolve. When I went to re-order it was sold out.

I therefore bought just the go-kart package at a cost of £700. And pre-ordered a Mini-S from what appears to be their sister website TheSwegwayUK (according to paypal the money goes to same company) and they took payment for £388. More expensive than the original bundle but this is what my son has his heart set on for his joint birthday and Christmas.

So I just discovered again TheSwegwayUK have now cancelled that pre-order due to "supply issues" and now I have a £700 Go Kart accessory but no actual Mini S to attach for his birthday in two weeks.

We're gutted and no idea what we're going to do now, every other compatible scooter is doubling in price in the run up to Christmas.

All works as stated

All works as stated - also on grass and on gravel. The kart is better on gravel than the Segway on its own bust still a lot of fun and the battery life is better than expected x
The all terrain is heavy to carry - check weight if you are wanting to carry x

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with my original order where a wire was lose but the customer service was absolutely fantastic and a replacement product provided the next day.

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience to be honest.

Corrected the wrong colour hoverboard…

We had the wrong colour hoverboard delivered but they quickly sent me the correct one and collected the wrong one at the same time to save me going anywhere to return it. Thank you. Looking forward to my little man opening at Xmas.

Terrible avoid like the plague.

Terrible avoid like the plague.
Ordered segways told on site next day delivery. Next day I got email saying my stuff is on (preorder)
Klarna payment was pending over 30 days.
Over 2 & half month I’m waiting for my order.
Then told I had to order again after all this time.
No response by email.
I guess they’ve just cancelled my order.
Company is useless!

Delivered, received by HENDERSON, on 26 Aug 2021 at 12:26 at which point we realised your payment had failed as such we advised you , (called and spoke to you along with 3 emails with the last one sent on the 24th of September ) advising you of the situation and how best to proceed, to date we are yet to be paid for the initial product we supplied nor have you returned it.

please either pay or allow us collect the hoverboard bundle we supplied.

Segwayfun sold me a Grey Imports …

Segwayfun sold me a Grey Import electric scooter.
Grey Imports are copies and do not come up to British Standard.
I only found out that my scooter was a Grey Import when I contacted Segway UK.
Segwayfun has now had my scooter for nearly 2 months and still not repaired.BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE.Customer service DIABOLICAL.

Great vendor

Great vendor. Prompt communication pre/post purchase. Items are as expected - wish I had bought the Ninebot S/ go-kart kit combination sooner. Would definitely recommend!!!

Bought ninebot gokart for £900it…

Bought ninebot gokart for £900it malfunctioned sent it back to swegway dec20,still have not had it back won a court judgement against them ,theyve had 14 days to pay up !!!!!and still havnt ,conman ben and andrew ,theyve taken my money and scooter dispicable underhanded company morals of rats ,were my money that the judge awarded me jackie preston I did inform swegwayfun it had been used3 times ,never in the rain as the company are suggesting ,as we are nearly in september 2021 ,wer is the gokart and swegway I have proof of the county court that on the day of the hearing 12/08/2021 .that you were contacted numerous times ,,I have sent all my evidence to the court ,so please anyone dealing with Andrew or ben be aware they keep your goods and dont give a refund, my gokart arrived 3 days before xmas ,12 months warranty so well within my rights ,I've been passed to nearly every member of his team ,conmen not the first time as if you look into reviews they tell you the same ,I have a letter from the county court to support my claim

As previously explained. You made a purchase in November 2019. You returned your product in nov 2020 stating it was faulty . Item was checked and deemed to have water damage. You claimed over the 50 weeks you had the product it was never used outdoors and it was only used once. We advised you to seek legal advise as you requested a full refund after 50 weeks of receiving your purchase. You filed a small claims case. We never received said paper work as such a judgement was passed without a hearing. We have since appealed the decision and put in a thorough defence hence why no payment has been made. We had no chance to put forth our defence prior to the judgement being passed. We have the fault report and evidence it was damaged. Item was in your possession for 50 weeks. Tell the whole story not just parts which favours you.

My first hover board from the company…

My first hover board from the company was faulty. It was replaced by a second but that was also faulty. At this point I was promised a refund which I am expecting in the next day or so. So, in conclusion the products were poor but the customer service was good.
