Replacement Battery.

Ordered a replacement Hoverboard Battery, simple easy website to use, recieved regular updates on my order and nice quick postage.
Upon replacing the battery I found the original battery to be a chinese type of poor quality. The new battery came in the updated fire proof case and battery life is a lot better.
Highly recommended and I will definitely use again for any hoverboard purchases or parts I need in the future.

Brought my son a g2 worrier

Brought my son a g2 worrier, come double boxed, very happy with the item !
First I ordered one without Bluetooth and the app so I contact them by phone and managed to get through to someone very easily to change my order to the g2,I seen some very mixed reviews bad to good but I’m happy with my outcome 😊

My son absolutely loves this scooter

My son absolutely loves this scooter. It runs well and is sturdy. The only one problem we have is folding it down. You have to push/kick the leaver but I can't seem to do it. My freinds husband managed to but me and my son can't. My son still loves it but it does not help with storage x

Ordered two hummer carbon segways…

Ordered two hummer carbon segways yesterday at about midday - arrived this morning at 10.15am!! Noticed some negative reviews so before I ordered I called their customer service and waited maybe 3 mins before they picked up - checked that they actually had them in stock and they confirmed this so ordered even though a little worried at the time due to reviews - haven’t used them yet as for my kids birthday in a month but items are pristine condition straight from the factory!
Am sure some of the negative reviews have good cause to complain but most people who get what they want when they want it don’t post good reviews!!! Also noticed that Segway fun responded on this website to most of the negative reviews so gave me a little more confidence.
Will post of items don’t work when we use them but as things stand very very happy!!

The item was delivered so quickly.

The hoverboard I've received dose not include Bluetooth and not app enabled.

If you are looking for app enabled and built in Bluetooth features, you need to make sure that you order G2 Hummer or Warrior updated 2020, which was not really clear at the time of the purchase.

The customer service department explained this when I contacted them.

I have received 10% refund due to this issue in the website at the time of purchase.

Untrustworthy and dreadful customer service

Bought a ninebot for my daughter’s Christmas present which has never worked and therefore is not fit for purpose. Following emails, calls (as prior review don’t answer / call back as promised), promises to repair, I have just received an email in mid Feb with an accusation the chip/board had been tampered with and so the item that has never been used (because it would not charge) cannot be repaired or refunded.
This is beyond anything I have ever experienced in terms of customer service - it scores zero.
This company is untrustworthy.
The manager does not return any call.
Please do not waste your time and money on purchasing faulty goods.
I am now seeking legal advice.

Thanks for your review and we apologise for the inconvenience . Order 3061 was for a NINEBOT z10 - https://www.segwayfun.uk/products/ninebot-by-segway-z10 . The one wher scooter was returned assembled with clear signs of usage although you state it had never been ridden. The unit was sent over to segway in line with our return policy who stated it hd been used and chipped. The software modification resulted in the pcba and battery being overpowered and subsequently becoming damaged. We have a 5 page report along with software diagnostic and images from segway inc as such we have sufficient evidence to conclude the machine was not only used but modified which voided the warranty. You are welcome to seek legal advise. Just to conclude this is for your NINEBOT z10, the only order you placed with us. If it wa given to your daughter , I’ll suggest you speak with her regarding the modification.

Do not use

Do not use. Two month delivery delay, not next day. Delivered 23rd Dec. Blue hover kart not Black as ordered, too late to change!
Within 30 days I reached out to replace/ refund my Segway because the hoverkart had scratched the Segway way too much in so few days. Segway will not replace until possibly April and will not refund whilst I wait. Segway fun do not follow my consumer rights act. Escalated to Trading Standards and other bodies to reclaim my money and costs. I would avoid and go elsewhere.

Absolute worst customer service I have…

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!!
I purchased the Segway hover board package for my daughter as a main Christmas present with a price of £330. She used the hover bored once outdoors, all went well... We brought the hover board back to charge and realised that it had not charged over night... so we tried recharging for another 5 hours. It still wouldn't charge! As we were looking at the board to see what the cause could be, the charger lead came lose from the board with the inside charger wires still attached. The main wire was broken and had a sticky label stuck around the wire with writing on it.
It was clear to see that it had been botched up and sold to us FULL PRICE! This occurred around December 28th and since then we have been messed around by Segway, it is now February 3rd!. My daughter has been left with a broken hover board for over a month now and they are refusing to collect and refund the price so I can purchase a new one for her.
The man I spoke to over the phone (who was meant to be the manager) was extremely rude!! he started pointing fingers and accusing me of breaking the wire. I was in shock and asked to speak to somebody else from Segway. They are ignoring our calls and not doing anything about it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL NOT HELP IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PRODUCT!! EVEN IF IT IS ON THEIR BEHALF

Hoverboards have wheels. The wheels will clearly show if the item has been used as such the item you received was not only brand new with the tyres never been used, it was also sealed with seal unbroken. Your hoverboard was charged prior to usage. If the damage you suggested had been present from the onset, you would have noticed it nor would it have charged. Furthermore your board is app enabled. You can also see how long it’s been used for which contradicts your claim of the item only ever being used “once “ prior to needing to be recharged.

Product was what I wanted
I thought that £14.99 was a little expensive for shipping a small package to the ROI, but I went with it for convenience sake.

I was subsequently dismayed to have a demand for a further €36 when my parcel was delivered for import charges and handling fees.

There was no mention of these charges on the website or when the order was processed.

In the end between postage and charges, a £20 charger cost me in the region of £70.

Not happy.
