Consider carefully before purchasing from here

My orginal order was meant to be in stock but in fact it wasn't. They did however managed to get the order delivered on Xmas Eve.

- The board was different to the one ordered. However, with Xmas the next day there wasn't time to exchange.
- The kart that was sent with the All-terrain board was the standard road version rather than the All-terrain version.
- A replacement was quickly sent out but it had two left hand handles! This was again collected quickly and I got an exchange within 2 weeks.
- Next issue, the replacement kart has different length handles and the shock absorbers have been installed incorrectly.

I understand that a number of these issues may be due to the factory and not the retailer. However, it has highlight a number of issues with their purchasing and quality checking. The customer services have tried their best to resolve the issues but lets see if they can finally provide the ordered goods.

I would not recommended purchasing from here due to there controls. Their customer services have been responsive.

I ordered a hoverboard with hoverkart…

I ordered a hoverboard with hoverkart bundle attachment on 23/11/20 for my sons birthday. The delivery was delayed and the kart part did not arrive until 18/12/20, after his birthday.
The charger for the kart did not work.
The kart itself did not have the required holes in it to allow it to be assembled and the poles are too close together so that the required clips cannot be attached making the entire product completely unusable.
Customer services to do answer the phone and only selectively reply to some of the faults listed.

Worst company ever

Totally different colour hoverboard and standard cart received should of been off-road cart and black hummer board delivered very late and last minute prior to Christmas so had to give as Christmas present as was expecting it they offered to refund if items returned expecting me to take it off my child where they should really send the correct items that I ordered will never use these again

I've had a really bad experience with…

I've had a really bad experience with this company. Initially, they only shipped me one when I ordered two segways. Then they sent me a faulty Segway just before Christmas which was obviously returned by another customer due to the condition of the packaging and how the contents were arranged in the box. No compassion, they just don't care. Never again will I choose this company. Choose a company that values good customer service and their reputation.

Customer service was terrible

Customer service was terrible. When I did eventually get a reply in regards to not receiving the screws for the cart and the amount of time it took to reply. I got a rude reply and basically told I was lying! Wont be using again!

I’ve got to say the service they…

I’ve got to say the service they provided was amazing. Delivery was on time and any queries regarding the product was answered straight away . I would recommend this company to anyone in which I have if they wanted to purchase a Segway.

Sent me a different charger to what…

Sent me a different charger to what they advertised to be told they only sell one charger to then be told they would send me another charger which I never received . There customer service is awful

Shocking customer service !!

Only ticking one star as have to in order to leave a review. I urge you do not order from this shocking company , especially if it’s for a Christmas present for your child !
We ordered a hoverboard and kart for our daughter for Christmas as this was no 1 of her list from Santa !! Item was eventually received shortly before Christmas... Christmas Eve my husband begins to construct the kart only to discover it doesn’t even have the required number of holes!! Safe to say one very disappointed little girl on Christmas Day as she thought Santa hadn’t brought the kart !! (These hoverboard sets are not exactly cheap either) was mission impossible trying to get in contact with Segway fun, eventually they offered to either collect and repair it or my husband attempt it himself ! Disgusted , should have been offered a new replacement. My daughter didn’t get to play on her new Segway once over the Christmas holidays. It toll my husband 2 hours to try snd fix the kart. The manager of this company could not care less about his customers let alone the little people that these items are brought for. I will never recommend this company to anyone . They have zero empathy and ridiculously expect you to have the item you purchased snd received in a faulty condition either ‘repaired’ or for one to repair it themselves. The fact that our daughter didn’t her present on Christmas Day was of zero interest to them. Disgusted with the terrible customer service from Segway fun. Will never ever use again and will actively tell people to avoid after our awful experience.

We apologise for the inconvenience .
Given it was a Christmas present and we had no time to send out a replacement , you were offered a partial refund if you drilled the required hole or we could deliver a replacement on the 27th of December. You chose to drill the hole and receive the partial refund.

We apologise profusely for the inconvenience caused during the festive period.

If you would have preferred a refund or a replacement , you should have said and not opt to receive a substantial partial refund !

Terrible Company

Terrible company. Board came in a box that was battered. The board itself had signs of previous use with the battery cover retaining screw chewed up. Rang them and they tried to suggest it was DPD that did this.
Not prepared to give me any money off, OPTION given to return for refund. £400 BOARD.. Customer service very poor I wouldn't recommend. Despite sending photo evidence not prepared to do the right thing. AVOID...

Thanks for the reply. No apology for inconvenience or hassle involved. The board was £350 so hardly discounted as its now £399.99.
This was a birthday present so return is going to make for a sad outcome.
Your response speaks volumes to any prospective customer well done!
