Website easy to use. Received order very quickly. One item not working, contacted customer service and received instant reply with a replacement.

Ordering was straightforward and delivery extremely prompt.

Sadly i would rate 5 if it wasnt for the high postage . I pay more in postage than the item was . Was hoping for a discount . I feel the postage was a bit over priced as i have ordered before and it arrived quicker

One lamp arrived broken
Quick reply to initial email promising someone would get back to me. I have now emailed several times and still no further response.
I am still left with a broken lamp.

Update - a replacement lamp has now been replaced, several weeks later but credit where it is due, they have replaced it.

I thought they are very fair. Good communications and excellent feedback. Delivery was super also. There product catalogue is also impressive. Give them a try.

This company is great at what they do- which is promoting peace, serenity, and adding a homely atmosphere to your house. I have bought a Salt Lamp from them and 2 water fountains 3 weeks ago or so from them, and I am extremely happy with them all. I remember I used to always go past their stall in the Trafford Centre, and now eventually I have my own products in my room!

The salt lamp makes my room so cozy because of its calming light and helps me to sleep. And for one of my water fountains, I got the Labrador themed one, which has an LED light that even changes the color of the water. Overall- 5/5. Really happy with my purchases. I definitely am planning to buy a few things from here in the future again. I want to buy one of their new glitter lamps, as well as their diffusers. There's not many brands out there like this, so its very unique. Highly recommend to others!

ordered myself the glass crystal water bottle and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The item Was delivered promptly. The quality of the item was I thought to a high standard. The crystals Are separate from the Water
Compartment which is exactly what I was after. The crystal compartment itself was full and I like the idea that I can swap and change the crystals to my own intention. I got this crystal water bottle in the sale but would happily of paid full price. Overall satisfied with the service and item.

My daughter gifted me a diffuser and oil which we purchased from Manchester Traford Centre. When we got home and set it up it was faulty. I contacted Sense Aroma and they sent out a replacement straight away. I recieved a 5 star service. Thank you to Jeanette.

The salt lamp I received was really excellent quality. Light gives a lovely glow and i love the little ornate stand. price was reasonable I think and delivery was speedy, very very happy with my purchase, thank you Sense Aroma.
