Beautifully made book. I have being searching for a donor conceived book for a long time.

I do wish there was a better way to add in the donor letter to the book for my son. The customer service have also being lovely.

This is a brilliant idea between ESB and sensitive matters, I think it’s so important to be able to explain why my daughter doesn’t have a dad from an early age and this book has allowed me to do that in a really beautiful and personal way. It’s so hard to find baby books that don’t always mention mummy and daddy so I’m really happy with this. The book was easy to edit and has really nice illustrations.

This is an amazing website to create the perfect book to tell the story of your unique family. We designed our story about our son having two mummies and being created through reciprocal ivf. We are so proud of his story and want to share it with him but also with wider family members to help give them a narrative about how to speak about our donor. Sensitive matters was exactly what we were looking for to guide us through designing and printing this book. The website was a little fidgety to get used to, but it’s so worth sticking with. We received our book and the quality is fantastic! I cannot believe how affordable it is for such a precious personalised item. We absolutely love it.

I love the idea of this book. The photos came out ok and the formatting was exactly how we wanted it. But the quality of the book is so poor, we didn’t get through one look through the book without almost ALL the pages ripping. The book pages almost seemed perforated. Weird? I’m really disappointed because I was looking forward to my child having this as a tool, but now I have to figure out how to rebind the book together.

After receiving a wonderful and apologetic email from the folks at Sensitive matters, they were able to send us a new book. Fortunately, the new book's quality is 10 times better than the first one and we are able to turn the pages without worrying about them ripping. It's a high quality book and I recommend anyone who has a "non-traditional" family to buy this book for your kiddos. We read it to our little one at least 2-3 times a week and she loves it.

I was able to edit the book and use images that I wanted and once I was done I was able
to place my order and it was shipped quickly to me.

This was a wonderful project for a family member who was displaced. I really enjoyed being able to change the situations, and move the pictures and clipart I had selected. The program was very user friendly. I loved that I didn't have to download anything. When I did hit a small snag the staff was very helpful. I definitely would use them again.

Excellent personalised books which help our three sperm donor conceived understand their coming into the world. We loved making these wonderful books with them and every night they ask to read "their magic books"!
