WOW ! Having found this company, I truly cannot understand why you would buy brand new. Headphones arrived at the door in 24hrs, absolutely spot on, you would not have any idea they were not brand new and they come with a 3 year warranty. There was a really good saving in the brand new price. You also get sent pictures of your product before they send them from the excellent staff to ensure you are happy before you purchase. Cannot praise the staff, product and service enough. Superb

I ordered a pair of refurbished Sony WH-1000XM5s from Serafini in February. They work perfectly, came in original packaging with original accessories and I saved about £120 vs a new pair.

Additionally, I had the pleasure of dealing with Dean via the online chat throughout the process and he was consistently excellent to deal with; truly great customer service.

I ordered a Sony turntable from the Falkirk Sony Centre. They were great to deal with throughout, confirming the order very quickly, and then keeping me updated about delivery which was coming straight from the Sony warehouse. In my experience not many retailers make the same effort to proactively track and communicate with their customers. Just a pleasure to deal with.
