Not happy at all.
I've lost count of how many years I have been with Servage, until recently only a few issues, in the past week, I have, due to the 'migration' lost countless hours trying to make things work, from auto-installers that fail every time to SMTP failing to respond or 'bad certificate' errors. I have gone from having emails available on multiple devices and always contactable to only being able to access them from webmail.
2 tickets raised in the past week, both answered within a few hours, but with nothing of substance, just - 'your in the queue and an email will be sent when completed' - Great except I can't access the emails...
If I am unable to have emails on my devices, then it is a complete waste of time and money having this host, unless I am able to actually use the services soon, it will be another cancelled account.
This is exactly how not to manage change.
EDIT: Additional - it appears I am unable to transfer my domains away as that system is also not working, and I'm up to 5 tickets this week, 3 of which are open...
EDIT2: Transferred domains away and account cancelled, found a new host thanks to Trustpilot, I'll give you a clue - it's the top rated one and it costs around £12/year more.
Bye bye servage
Repeated accessibility problems .. all the time a problem with spam lists, a problem with the delivery of e-mails.
Time to say goodbye ...
Servage.net SUCKS SO BAD! ! ! As of today December 13 2018
As of today December 13 2018, After using Servage for more than 10 years The NEW UPDATE to "SERVAGE ONE 2.0" is a FAILURE. Never had a complaint before, little dings here and there but nothing like this. After repaying my 2 years Renewal for $160 dlls. I got in contact with support because i had no access to my dashboard with my old credentials, ONLY TO FIND OUT that they updated my account to their "Fancier" dashboard. Yeah it was fancier, but a waste of time. Saving buttons take forever, changes needed to be made are just lagging so much. I felt like sitting on my chair for more than 30 seconds for a window to update or the save button to stop loading. The MAJORITY OF MY WEBS ARE DOWN, and others (Wordpress Blogs) do not function properly due to changes they did not make correctly, many of the functions are deprecated and other are just buggy. When I contacted support again in regards to that. I just received a message from RAFAEL, who sent me a link on HOW TO FIX IT, Can you believe this CROP? THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MIGRATED MY SITES, why should I fix their errors. Are they going to pay me to do that? Are they compensating my customers for the time their websites are off-line? Will they compensate me for my effort to migrate my sites to another hosting? NOOOOO. THEY ARE FRACKING WITH EVERYBODY. You don't believe me. No problem I have a facetime live video showing the issues. Ray Marqueda is my name and you can watch my video on my profile. I also left it as public so you can find it. I will update later on youtube. Please DON'T BUY HOSTING SERVICE in SERVAGE right now, they are having many problems at this time. Stay Away from Servage.net
Formerly excellent host, now awful.
Formerly excellent host has migrated my account to their new service, broken most of my websites, provided poor support (this was always an excellent feature in the past)
They have replaced the control panel with one that is slow at best and unusable at worst. Pre migration there was a single email that provided little by way of instructions.
Not impressed and looking for a new provider.
Problems accessing Control Panel and reseting password for artandretro.com
When going to my Control Panel to access my account I am constantly getting false errors also getting errors when trying to reset my password. Have not had a reply to my emails sent to servage.net info email 2 days ago
Avoid at all cost!
I've been a customer for 18 months, I'm paid up for the the next three weeks, but the past two months my website have been down, and there is absolutely no response from Servage.net. I'm writing them every 2nd day, to all four of their e-mails, and I am just being ignored. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This is costing my business...
Great, you have just charged me another 6 months and still no response on any of my e-mails!

Also looking for another provider - Bad migrating. Information
Also looking for another provider -Bad migration.
Very poor information when moving to another server. You must "just" - Up in my.
According to their support, you must use their DNS server. For their hosting to work. No I will not. So either move to another provider.
After migration, you can no longer forward mail to external mailbox.
Problems sending from webmail.
Error in link on websites for manuals, mail, help, services, login,
- Have those who are relocating given others in the company message. About what happens?
But server will soon be a bit quick. When there is a customer less.
Utter rubbish service
Utter rubbish service. Had all excuses about their server migration, they are expecting the customers to understand their migration and new server deployments! (sorry cant have that silly excuse for an unacceptable service for more than a month!)
i am with Servage for 14 years and i am out now!!!! Adios..

Steadily getting worse.
I've used Servage for about 12 years now.
In 2006, their support was amazing. Knowledgable, extremely quick, personable. Their services were extremely good and reliable. THE place to be for webhosting, without question.
I've also hosted my main e-mail with them. I haven't needed any support for years, but over the past year and a half or so, i've been having issues: Mainly with spam. Man, did the experience change.
Support takes a LOT longer than they did before to answer questions, and when they do, it's usually with regurgitated default answers which have nothing to do with the actual question. It's disheartening. I'm 100% certain that they outsourced most of their support staff.
The breaking point was that i was having spam problems. It took me a few months, but i finally coaxed some answers out of support: They are either unwilling or unable (the latter is a terrifying thought) to implement a working anti-spam solution which does not require major manual adjustment by their customers. At one point they tried to convince me that SpamAssassin is an unmodifiable, proprietary software (hint: it's not).
I'm now looking for a decent alternative to move to... I haven't done much with my website there in years, but i always relied on them for my e-mail. Now i can't anymore and i can't in good conscience recommend the company to anyone.

Database errors every day
Avoid
I've used Servage for a couple of years to host some simple client websites with no issues but their quality of service has dropped considerably.
There's server issues constantly, with sites and emails often being down for hours or once for days at a time. I've also noticed a Wordpress site had all the tables dropped following a MySQL issue.
Their support documentation is also very sparse and lacking in detail compared to other hosts.
The support team are helpful and respond relatively quickly but overall they don't seem like a particularly stable host right now and I'd urge anyone considering them to try another host.
Ok to good
Just renewed my account and I want to share my experience here:
Speed: it is ok. Please keep in mind that this is a shared hoster, not a VPS. Enough for small and medium projects.
Stars: 3.5
Support: helpful in explaining the CP, good at fixing scripts and flexible accounting rules.
Stars 5
CP: Easy to learn, some features maybe missing, though.
Stars 3.5
Probably the worst host on the planet
Probably the worst host on the planet. They use bait and switch offers to get you to renew then fail to follow through.
Almost 8 years, leaving
I've been with Servage for almost 8 years. Recently, their support has all but disappeared. They think that it's acceptable to have known issues for over a week and to belittle them as producing 'little errors' that cause Outlook to flood the user with pop-ups.
They have refused to refund me for my remaining months, despite not providing a service worthy of the term.
I use 5 years
I use 5 years, will be change next month/
The server response is very slowly (more than 3 sec)
Site is down and up 3-5 times every day during last 1.5 months.
The tech. suppport only fuc-ing my brain (We changed our equipment. very sorry)
They were good, but not anymore, find another host!
They were good, but since a few months it is bad very bad. Their FTP servers are most of the time not reachable, their own website is most of the time offline. They promise to fix all problems but it is getting worse. What happened to them?
Good prices but very bad servers...
Good prices but very bad servers... Low, limited speed and many times lost connection with DB... Added very stupid limits...
Expensive for what you get
Expensive for what you get, and my site goes down for 5-10 minutes at a time virtually every week. They just can't seem to keep things stable, and I get poor performance to boot.
Recommendable
One click installer helped me to create complex tools. In case of questions, it takes an average of 20 minutes to get reply. Their support agents are usually knowledgeable and friendly. I get an e-mail as soon as support replies. I can edit the php.ini with some tricks which helps to run my scripts on the shared server. They are really ok for small and medium projects.
