Honestly been a really good company to work for, extremely flexible and work around last minute changes. I have recieve fair pay for work done and have always paid on time. Worth it to get involved.

Great employer. Great work to pick up here and there around other jobs or studies. All my area managers and hirer up staff have been lovely and are always very helpful when I have a query. We also get employee perks like bonuses, socials and much more. Would highly recommend working for serve legal if you are wanting to earn a bit of extra cash.

Highly recommend working for Serve legal. Worked for serve legal for over 3 years now and I couldn’t have enjoyed the work here any more. Ideal way to make some money in a busy schedule, for example as a uni student due to its flexibility, and very large benefits, including the food received on delivery audits.

I and several friends all have very positive experiences with serve legal. A very professional company that prides itself on being efficient and scrupulous! While the pay is fairly low, the benefits provided on audits and the ability to work when you choose more than make up for this. I could not recommend this enough to anybody who wants light but rewarding work, that fits around a college/university schedule, or a secondary job to compliment their current one.

Serve Legal works around your availability which is great, since working with serve legal my confidence has been boosted massively, I’d never gone in a betting shop or pubs on my own and now I do it without batting an eye! The job comes with great benefits, being able to keep/get reimbursed for the things you buy on top of a generous pay is nothing to complain about! Area managers etc are extremely friendly, understanding and helpful, there is always someone on hand if you have any queries or questions about audits. Being able to work for serve legal is such an amazing opportunity and i’d recommend this to anyone looking for something flexible.

Brilliant help with how to carry out audits and jobs that suit my flexibility it's really helped me improve my confidence going into certain establishments such as betting shops and bars (I had never been in a betting shop before my audits or even knew how to place a bet) the amazing step by step guides and the people that are there to guide you with carrying out the audits are so friendly and helpful - kenzie

There’s always been great communication between colleagues and everyone is kept well informed about what’s going on, in combination with what to expect when it comes to what is wanted from you when you’re out doing jobs.

Since i have joined it has been really good i have received a good few amount of delivery audits and plenty of audits to do within the area, the staff and team are really nice and helpful and you always get someone getting back to you

I have worked with serve legal for over 1.5 years now and I am very comfortable saying that they are an amazingly helpful and organised company to work for.

- everything is managed via WhatsApp and is very very organised with area managers contacting you for work and visa versa.

- The workload is very manageable and the pay is amazing on top of all the little bonuses you get along your time working with the company.

- Consent is key for serve legal and you will always be asked whether you can complete the job at hand before it is assigned to you.

- The instructions for each audit are very clear and the area managers are always available to be called or texted if anything is going wrong or if you are confused.

- There are auditor socials in which you can meet other auditors your age from across the area. Therefore, although it is a remote job … you can still socialise and have fun.

I have loved my time as an auditor and am thinking about looking at HR jobs in the company.

Been hired very recently and already been given plenty of audits and jobs to do. I have received lots of support from the area managers which have been great to work with and communication between them is clear and open. Would definitely recommend this as a job for students that cannot commit to a full time job or are just trying to earn some extra money on the side.

I joined Serve Legal to do some local work around my area, and the flexibility, communication, and general attitude of those who work at Serve Legal has been commendable. The access to resources to help you with audits is invaluable to getting started, and the communication between area managers and auditors is of vital importance here. Furthermore, the ability to pick up extra jobs on top of normal auditing allows you to be flexible, and take on more work as and when you want to. I would definitely recommend becoming an auditor here, as the flexibility and opportunities for young people like me cannot be matched anywhere else.

I started working for serve legal in march, I got a call from then as soon as I turned 18 and have been working for them since. The managers are extremely friendly and I have loved every part of the job, anytime I had an issue or a problem with an audit, all I had to do was reach out to my area manager and she would walk me through the process of what I needed to do next. The pay is fairly good and the experience from the job, especially because this was my first job, is really interesting. The audits are simple and if you have any issues, you know you can always go back to the brief, I've not had any issues with working for them and it's an experience I'm hoping to continue. - bakhtawer

Absolutely great job, it’s really easy to get work if you’re willing to travel. My area manager (Izzy) is so lovely and really understanding, she is always willing to help or offer advice which is great when starting out. The opportunities are endless with this company. Really recommend to anyone looking for some side projects!

Great for students who want casual work to make a bit of extra money, especially since you can choose how much work you take on and can do it from anywhere in the UK!
