Having worked with Serve Legal for 5 years I’ve had some amazing experiences! Auditing got me through univeristy, paying for my nights out, drinks and grocery shops as well as bringing in a healthy monthly income, which was my only job whilst at Uni. Since graduating, there have also been brilliant opportunities to progress throughout the company!
Really poor experience. I was hired and did as I should for onboarding, contacting area managers, etc. When I requested work, I would just be ignored by area managers and this has been ongoing. Since joining in November I have received no work. Waste of time.
I am now trying to resign and having a really difficult experience trying to resign. I keep contacting main office who seem completely unwilling to help me resign.

Gave me one audit and that's it. Claimed I submitted after the cut-off for pay so looking at 3-4 weeks before I receive any sort of pay. Customer service does not seem approachable through emails.
