I've placed two orders with them. In the first, a couple items were missing, but support was able to sort things out no problem. The second has no issues at all. In both cases, the shipments arrived very quickly via An Post. The items I received were extremely high quality and I intend to get as many of my shaving products from shaving.ie as possible in the future.

I'm in a weird stalker like review battle with the owner of this website. Its kind of creepy and unsettling. He pulled up a review I left on DPD before lockdown when they messed up a delivery to use it to judge my character and negate the credibility of my review. DPD have since Improved their service so maybe I should update my review on them. But if I could rate shaving.ie lower for their hostile repaonse I would. The person running the site is gone weird stalker mode. He is using corperate hostility to mask his behavior. This could of easily been avoided with a bit of decent customer service. The owners are weirdly triggered by negative reviews so I think it shows a known insecurity in them. They could literally avoided this by replying origonally "thanks for the feed back, we will look into adding those services in the near future" but now I'm in a multi day Internet fund with the owner. I just wanted my package delivered as promised. I reported an issue with the delivery service and now he is basically painting me out to he a lier.

Shaving.ie has a good selection of products, but their website feels outdated and sometimes glitches. There was even a weird glitch during payment that made me worry my product was going to be double-ordered. On top of that, the customer service leaves much to be desired.
My package was delivered 5km away, and when I reached out for help, I was met with a short, hostile response that gave off a ‘we don’t care’ attitude—basically, take a refund and go away. They had no interest in hearing about my negative experience or discussing alternative delivery options. The person running the site needs to modernize this whole system. I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review if their response hadn’t been such a harsh brush-off.

Suggestions for improvement:

Friendly, more approachable customer service.

A wider range of delivery options.

Modernizing the site and double-checking the security of the payment portal.

This review is not dishonest, its my customer experience and perception. Retailer flagged my review because they found honest. The product was delivered 5km away and instead of caring they defend an post. I think the retailer misses the point

I love Shaving.ie, ordering is easy, delivery is quick, within a couple of days or ordering. The products which they sell really appeal to me, as I wanted to wean myself away from plastic razors and to use less cans of shaving foam and gel. I get great mileage from the tubs of shaving soap and have found a few favourites, which now make my shaving process so much more enjoyable!

I recently ordered a Feather AS-D2 razor at shaving.ie since it was offered at a discounted price and because the shop is based in the EU, which spared me any hassle with customs. The razor arrived around one week after ordering and was packed in a lot of protective padding, which ensured that nothing happened to it during shipping.

All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and would buy here again in the future. Definitely recommend the site to anyone looking for shaving supplies.

They did answer to emails, an individual Chris, and acknowledged the mistake but nothing about a refund

Had to pay from my own pocket £16 return postage from UK to Ireland

Got my refund via PayPal today 04.11

I've been a long-term customer and they never fail to deliver excellent service and quality. Stock information is always accurate and delivery is prompt and reliable. Shaving.ie demonstrate how an online business should be run. Keep up the good work.

I have bought several items from shaving.ie and the service is first class and has not varied.

Being a customer for a couple of years now. Good products, quickly dispatched at a good price point. Can't ask for anything more.

I bought a kit and paid for next day delivery but it took 6 days to get here. One day can be "discounted" because I ordered in the evening, so "Next Day" was 4 days late, but when I wrote them about it the response was "I sent it as fast as I could".
