negative experience of this online store

There was only a negative experience of the work of this online store. I made an order to Kazakhstan on March 18, 2022 in the amount of 32.44 euros. The seller sent the goods only on March 31, 2022. However, the product did not leave Ireland. The parcel number RK801869231IE was in the mail until September 2022 and was returned to the sender on September 21, 2022. The seller has not taken any action on my numerous appeals. I have not received the goods and the money has not been returned to me. I do not recommend this store.

It was my first time dealing with…

It was my first time dealing with Shaving. ie and I found the company easy to deal with. Quality products at very good prices. I was gobsmacked by the speed of delivery, the next day, amazing. I will certainly be dealing with them again. Thank you to all concerned.

Impressive service…

Have to say very impressive service from Shaving.ie, Chris was extremely helpful and responsive with recommendations and advice. The website is well laid out with a great selection of products and very competitive on pricing compared to other similar sites. Delivery was very quick pretty much next day and everything packaged well, however I was missing a shaving brush from my order and contacted Chris to advise he shipped it out and it landed next morning. As a first time customer I was very pleased with the overall experience from Shaving.ie especially how quickly they resolved the issue with the missing item, I will make Shaving.ie my go to for all shaving products and accessories, thanks Chris and team glad to see excellent customer service still exists in the world 👍🏻

Excellent company.
