Went on the Ostend scenic coast and Bruges trip apart from Bruges which was absolutely beautiful the rest of the trip was a waste of time and money , The hotel was ok but the school like rules were something I hadn’t witnessed since I was at school, Breakfast time you had to take your tray and choose what you wanted then go and sit down,dinner was 7pm no earlier and everyone had to be seated at your table before they would start serving,no choice of menu you had what ever they were serving on that day so if you didn’t like it you went without.now to the drinks they gave us raffle tickets 5 each per day different colours for different days this made us feel like second class and very embarrassing.why they couldn’t have drinks added to the room I don’t know so overall we definitely won’t be doing that again waste of money.

First Class service. The young man that dealt with my booking was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I thought the web pages and booking form were very professional and straightforward to use even for someone my age!!

I have gone 5 coach holidays booked in 2026 and I have also booked
6 coach holidays for next year 2027
as the tour's are excellent, and you send taxi to pick me up in menston on the Monday and on the Friday a taxi to take me back to menston, Leger Shearings Holidays and excellent, and I always book with Shearings Holidays

I spoke to Liam who was very helpful and patient with me.
I feel very confident that my husband and I will have a great break.

Don’t be fooled by their £1 deposit claim! If you have to cancel for whatever reason it will cost you £75 each!
I don’t think this method of advertising does the company any good, better to stick with reality and quote the correct deposit in your advertising.

All went well paid deposit then end.
But there was nowhere for me to book my coach seat?
I phoned immediately but no one there ?
I need to book my seat and be by the window.
Why didn’t the coach seats come up ?

Our trip was to Lake Como, Lake Maggiore & the Bernina railway
Hotel Bazzoni was good, staff pleasant & a good choice of food.
Our coach broke down on the way through Switzerland & also on the day of our Bernina railway trip. We then discovered that our coach was not a Shearings coach but had been subcontracted (with Shearings livery)
We were taken to the Bernina railway the following day by an Italian coach company. Although we went on the Bernina railway it was not the Express that we had paid for in advance.
We would like to think we will get an apology & a refund!

Friendly and helpful agent who was able to answer all my questions

The drivers are always polite and helpful and I think it is good value for money even with the single suppulent.

I found the telephone operator very friendly and helpful. I am very hard of hearing and he was very patient with me.

Great service

First the Black Forest was very picturesque .Then the drivers Keith and Jim was friendly but no information given at all about places of interest,just where we were going,one trip dropped us off then said pick up in 5hours could not believe it as it was a holiday day so no shops open.The first night went to Dinner wanting to sit on our own ( with Mrs Lawrance my friend)could only find table with people on ask Jim driver about it he that’s how it is ,so sat with a couple who were rude and drunk like a fish not happy had to move each time they wanted to get out .No entertainment at all not even a lounge to sit in for comfort,no towels changed all week,booked single rooms but got single beds posted together no way to part them .lastly getting off coach at side door my friend had the door closed on her hitting her arm almost knocking her over I was behind her getting of coach Jim was the driver he saw what he had done thought the wing mirrors never came to see if we were ok ,I when to him he said sorry I pressed the wrong button wanted to close front door ,so said can we put it in accident book he do it later was not mentioned again.So holiday night mare with not travel with Shearings again.

I have booked to go to Poland but wanted to change my dates. The person that I dealt with was Keeley who was just great
