The item you are referring to has not been received yet. The delivery date was changed by yourselves so I have no idea if your product is any good or not. I am not very happy with the service so far.

I was pleased with the help I received in trying to identify a suitable style of chair to fit our circumstances. Having received and tried it, it was clear it could meet our needs so I telephoned to arrange return. I was not impressed by the gentleman's manner on the phone or that he gave me incorrect information about my rights to return the item. Hez did phone back later to correct his error but his over firm insistence originally was upsetting. Five days from despatch of the chair back to Shelden I have not received even an acknowledgement or a timeframe for
a refund. I feel a quick email response to confirm receipt and guidance as to how a refund will be processed is important as not all your customers have digital banking.

Bed arrived on time and was assembled very efficiently by Steve, who was also very helpful.

The price was good. The customer service ladies were really helpful and informative. They arranged a delivery day with us and said the delivery driver/engineer would contact us one hour before he arrived. The driver contacted us and arrived exactly on time. He assembled the bed and explained exactly how it worked and answered any questions. We were delighted with the whole experience.
