Great tech but misleading pricing

Great tech but website seems to advertise ex vat prices to consumers and hides this in T&Cs. Now incurred clearance charge from courier. Wouldn't have ordered had I known.

I’ve been using Shelly devices for a while, and they never disappoint. The setup was quick, the app is intuitive, and the performance has been very stable. I really appreciate how flexible the configuration options are — it integrates easily into my smart home system and gives me full control and monitoring.
Excellent build quality, responsive support, and constant firmware updates make Shelly one of the best smart home solutions I’ve used. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and advanced automation devices.

Shelly devices have problems but a good support

I bought more than 20 Shelly devices since last year. Most of them had reliability issues due to old software versions.
One Z-wave shutter had a stuck relay and was immediately replaced. I also had three defective Zwave 1PM that wouldn't switch off reliably through Z-wave command (software issue).
The communication with support was a bit difficult at the beginning (my detailled description was misunderstood or not read properly) but it improved significantly over the time and I was very happy with the latest person.
I do hope the quality of Shelly devices will improve over time since Z-wave are not the cheapest devices and my noname zigbee devices proved to be much more reliable, in particular during recovery after a coordinator update or power shortage.

I was having issues with EM50 not…

I was having issues with EM50 not reporting historical consumption. I tried everything in the support pages. I contacted support and to my surprise they contacted me on the day and by the next day problem solved. Great support, I will be buying more of their products.

Replacement / 3 years warranty

Hi, my device (Shelly 1PM Gen3 ) was broken after 2 years of nice working 24/7. The vendor told me, that I have 3 years warranty and a free replacement will be done. Even the shipping costs are covered. Happy customer created.

Shelly and Homey Pro :-(((((((

I have bought a lot of shelly components in the believe that they were good products. Sorry to say, then don’t live op to expectations. I am trying to use them with Homey Pro and they lag, problems with installation. They function almost ok in the shelly app, but if you are going too use them with Homey Pro - DON’T buy!

The truth is, there are few companies that respect customers who, despite themselves, have found themselves in an awkward position.
