Our friendly team of fully qualified heating engineers specialise in Worcester Bosch boilers and can offer extended guarantees of upto 10 years. We are trained by Worcester Bosch, so our knowledge and expertise is always up to date. Our plumbers are NVQ Level 3 qualified in Plumbing and we are Unvented Cylinder qualified.

Fitted us in at short notice when busy themselves. Rectified an urgent faulty bath tap not working. Returned following week to fit the new tap we purchased and to fix a second issue (faulty cistern). Really pleased with their service and quick attention.

Great breakdown service
Why do Gas boilers break down on a bank holiday Sunday? I contacted Shepley and Rob phoned me back as said there was no point in coming out as the fault would require parts and we would have to wait until the merchants opened on Tuesday. They came out on Tuesday ordered parts fixed on Wednesday. Thanks Shepley

Very good company
Very good company. They actually arrive when they said they would! Always clean and tidy and very friendly.
They really know what they are doing and if they don't they aren't afraid to admit it and contact partners - ie electrical but ensure a good job is done.

A Company who care about customer service.
We moved to the area in 2023, one of the first jobs was to get a new boiler fitted. We got a few quotes and then settled on using Shepley, and have never regretted it. From the first time we met Derek, when he came to give us a quote, we knew that they were the company for us. We have just had our first service, all went well, very clean and tidy. Good fair prices, friendly and polite. Thank you Derek, Robert, Carl and Jessica. Nice to find a company who care and look after their customers.
