I was very pleased with the simplicity of ordering and the speed of delivery. However, when the gift was opened the scarf that was sold with the bag wasn't in the package and I've not been able to con... See more

Fantastic deal on a beautiful Carvela bag. Quick service and delivery! Genuine reductions in place. Previously bought KG trainers on here which were no longer in store. Would definitely recommend.

I've requested a full refund on 1st day for shoes that unfortunately are too tight, unfortunately the link won't accept my reference number shown on the invoice!
I've emailed several photos asking you email me printed label, yet keep getting asked for the shoe size!
I have purchased from you several times, though won't be continuing in the future!.
I shall take clear photo of size, though want this escalated and postage to be refunded to me, as shocking service!!
I want an email with the return label via a different advisor, as the previous has been extremely unhelpful despite sending clear photo of box highlighting the size & the invoice twice which obviously reflects this!!
Otherwise I shall take to the Ombudsman & legal action as solicitors have been informed also!!

I’ve been shopping with Shoeaholics for years, it’s my go to place for designer trainers. They offer great value for money, excellent choice, quick and efficient delivery and I’ve never had any issues.

Received the shoes and the right one was clearly ex display. Worn sole, discoloured strap and loose fitting compared to the new left shoe. Shocking they can do this and then charge 3.95 for return.

My experience had been a real eye opener with Shoeaholics that they clearly do not value customers in my experience. I tried to avoid paying delivery charges twice for 2 pair of shoes purchased using a generic discount code hours before and tried to add on an additional shoe onto the order which was denied. Then I asked for the order to be cancelled to replace ordering the 2 shoes and the additional 3rd shoe, which again was denied. Alternatively, I asked whether a complimentary free shipping could be offered to faciltate the purchase of the additional shoe which was again denied. There was not attempt by the customer service advisor Riya in offering a resolution to me purchasing an additional shoe to avoid me paying a further delivery charge.
I was initially told an order is unable to be cancelled once placed. Then because they were unable to support with cancelling the order or offer a free or reimburse the 2nd delivery charge as a gesture of good will to facilitate an additional shoe purchase, they then cancelled the order when I said I no longer want the 2 shoes as ordered. This was clearly contridictory to one of my initial solutions to purchase the additional shoe. Then when the order was in process of being cancelled, the customer advisor Riya specifically informed if I cancelled the order I could not reuse the generic discount code that was still readily available on their site for multiple and unlimited use. I could understand if such was the case and the discount code was a personalised single use code. How low can you really go to avoid customers spending with your company I wonder!!!!!!!!
Such advice and service alongside the decision to not facilitate or support my query I felt was not customer friendly. How could a company not be in support to their customer to not incur them any additional delivery charges????? Especially when the customer is reaching out to purchase an additional pair of shoes, and you refuse to offer any resolution of support?????
The advisor Riya clearly had no business structure mentally as the best solution was my first request to cancel the order in the first instance, so I could of then replaced the order which would of had included the additional pair of shoes. In summary, I would of paid 1 delivery charge and the company would of benfited from my custom then and in the future. Now that experience has tarnished me every using Shoeholics again.
The role of customer services is to keep customers happy with postive experiences in the hope they return for the longevity of their company remit. Inevitably, my negative experience has inturn costed Shoeaholics company money now and in the future from not having my custom. Not only from myself who has now deleted my Shoeaholics account and unsubscribed from recieving any further marketing emails (as this was the advert that prompted this purchase that went wrong). I will not be encouraged to shop on Shoeaholics website nor will I look on their website moving forward. As well, should I ever be asked to review my purchase experience (like now) or asked by a colleague or friend whether I have ever shopped with this company, I will be brutally honest regarding my incompassionate and unsupportive customer service experience. I will never ever purchase from Shoeaholics again!!!!!!!!!!!
I happily eventually purchased similar style shoes from another competitive retailer of shoeaholics, which was of much better brands and quality shoes only paying an extra £10 and recieved free delivery. I will continue to shop elsewhere for shoes in the future even if it costs me an extra £10/£15/£20 out of priniciple to feeling valued as a customer.

I had a very good experience despite the reviews. Took a chance and my boots were ordered with super fast delivery. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep them as the fit was too big so I returned and again super fast refund with no issues. Will shop again.

What a bag! After weeks of scanning the internet to find it as it was out of stock everywhere, one bag appeared on Shoeaholics! I was so excited! The bag didn’t disappoint! It’s as described, huge, pink, and fluffy ❤️. My hubby thinks I have lost the plot, my girlfriends all love it, and my daughters can’t wait to borrow it! That’s if my sister doesn’t grab it first! The eagle is heavy but as a night away bag it’s a statement and a lot of fun. Can’t wait to take it away again!

Perfect. Item arrived promptly and as described. They have some amazing deals on their website.
I had a previous order where the item was defective.... Shoeaholics apoligised, issued me a full refund and made the whole process very easy.
I would definitely recommend shopping with them.

I received both my items very quickly. I was hesitant about ordering from this website but I’m not disappointed. I will order from them again. I suppose it’s a bit pot luck. So many bad reviews on here.

Awful customer service. They left parcel on step when I never opted in for any other method than door collection. I never received my parcel as it wasn’t there when I looked for it. The company say you have to opt out of doorstep drops when this is not clear and not the policy of the delivery company who ask you opt in.
