Absolutely terrible company!
Can't get a single order correct, send out shoes that weren't ordered.
Customer service is a disgrace & not existent. The agents are rude and are of no help. The absolute worst I've ever encountered!
They state on the website that, "we're are here to help from 9am - 6pm, 7 days a week" but they're absolutely not. They send scripted messages initially stating that they'll get back to you via email, then don't.
When I finally got a reply, hours later after bombarding the chat, some guy issued the label. I packaged them for return and asked him why advertise items that are not as they claim. He replied, "sorry the warehouse didn't send the correct shoes."
The paperwork inside the parcel had the correct item stated, but the shoes, although they looked the same, had the ugly birds head emblem, in silver, on the heel instead of the gold KGL emblem, and a silvery coloured, cheap buckle instead of a black one. Same shoes, different detailing. I haven't seen any shoes with this detail on the website so it's obvious they're sending out shoes that are not as advertised in the item listing(s.)
(I've always avoided KG because that emblem is awful.)
Then have no concern or care they're duping people. Wasting time and money.
They were packaged correctly inside the box with paper in the toes and paper to hold the ankle strap, (to keep the shape) with plastic bag protectors.
Absolutely no genuine apology or concern.
Also, another massive red flag is that there is nowhere on any product on the website to write reviews.
After the disgraceful experience with Shoeaholics I'm actually not surprised as it would be full of bad ones.
I wish I'd looked at trustpilot before ordering from this terrible company.

To add insult to injury, they then tell you, after days of ignoring you, that you have to allow 14 days for the item to be returned, a further 14 days to process the refund, then a further 4 - 5 days for the refund to arrive in your bank! Unreal!
I would advise even my worst enemy to avoid this company.
You get better service, and especially customer service, with places like Temu!
No doubt they'll reply to this review with their usual scripted response. I've noticed they're so quick to reply to these reviews but "are too busy" to respond regarding actual customer service.

Wow, what a speedy response! Looks like you care about your customers when in actuality you don't reply in chat, close it, then take days to get any sort of response from you via email. I stand by everything I said regarding the website, incompetence of whomever is responsible for orders and the disgraceful customer service. the worst experince i have by far. I have purchased a show but they are telling me there is no stock at the moment. They could not inform me , and their email says my order is on the way.
i ll never prefer it .i do suspect this is an himmick to trick people try to buy . This brand agent told me that on the live support, we delivered your package another address and another name, please ask this person to get your parcel. This is the ridiculous thing .Dont belive they replied to me. They blocked me over their website. They got money and no refund. They have sent unknown item to another person another address. Please claim to police dept.

Bought a pair of Kurt Geiger boots from this site - they looked great but after one wear with minimal walking outside they showed damage/wear to the heels and toes.
I complained and the customer service team did not respond adequately to my concerns regarding durability. Over several emails they just kept repeating that the damage was from ‘contact with an abrasive surface’ and refused any remedy. They ignored the fact that I used the boots as you would expect (walking on a pavement) and that this amount of wear and tear after one day of wearing the boots meant they were not fit for purpose.
I asked to escalate the complaint to an ADR forum, but they are not a member of any ADR body.
Complete waste of £125. Wouldn’t buy from here again.
Seems a bit suspect to me that the styles on their website are heavily discounted and it is not possible to leave reviews.

Customer services is shocking.
Reported that my parcel was on my doorstep when I was not home - despite the fact that I had updated the delivery preferences to state I would not be home and asked them to leave them with a neighbor - and the parcel went missing.
Twice I've been told I should have update delivery preferences (which I did and have proof of which has been explained twice now too) and because the tracking says it was delivered there's nothing they can do so despite two days of emails back and forth to explain this I'm left without what I ordered and out of pocket.
Edit to add on 1/12/25 that the below response from Shoeaholics is completely for show. I shared the requested information the same day they asked for it and have heard absolutely nothing back since.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots which were left at my front door on a main street and went missing. I was offered no resolution and told they were delivered. They are in breach of The Consumer Rights Act as the purchase remains there's until the customer physically has them. I have reported to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Despite being in breach they won't do anything to help me.

Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 29(2)
States that in a sales contract, THE TRADER REMAINS AT RISK FOR THE GOODS until they are in the PHYSICAL POSSESSION of the consumer. This means that if the goods are lost or damaged while still with the trader, THE TRADER IS RESPONSIBLE. The trader is responsible for the goods until they are PHYSICALLY handed over to the consumer. A doorstep when NO safe space has been chosen is not a compliant delivery.

My order was meant to be delivered this week. I was home all evening and delivery was never attempted. I then received an email from Evri saying my parcel had been delivered. However, the imaged showed it left outside a garage. Myself or my neighbours do not have garages. I looked around the village and have been unable to locate my parcel. I raised this with Shoeaholics and was told by 'Riya' that my parcel was delivered and nothing they can do. I showed proof of where the parcel was delivered and that I haven't received it. The customer service is appauling.

Don't buy anything from this lot. Their customer service is rubbish. I ordered trainers a month ago, never received them and despite contacting them several times, and their carrier (EVRI), there has been no offer of a refund or replacement.

What a fantastic site to purchase from and so easy. I purchased the kurt geiger bag on Thursday and delivered on Saturday. The bag is so beautiful and elegant but due to size a little too big for me, so I'm sadly returning it back. Even returning it was easy. Dreadful company to deal with and we will NEVER order from them again. My wife ordered a pair of Kurt Geiger shoes, but they were sent with no tracking or other delivery info. After waiting 3 weeks there was no sign of the shoes. We were fobbed off with excuses but no proof of delivery or tracking info. Eventually had to contact our credit card company for a refund. Terrible customer service and I would urge everyone never to use this company!

Ordered boots that never arrived. I’ve been fobbed off with guesswork basically. The usual 24-48 hour response. They refuse to refund me unless courier returns the parcel. They are making me wait 2 weeks then until I get a refund. They refused to send a replacement! I’m left out of pocket and waiting on either my parcel or a refund. They can’t even tell me where in the transit system my parcel is. How, therefore, can they tell me they won’t refund me until they receive it back?? I was so looking forward to getting my boots but have been left feeling totally let down. My advice is to avoid shopping with this crowd. Robbery!
