Was a little skeptical about ordering after reading the negative reviews but happy to say I cannot fault them. Placed my order on Saturday the 20th & it was delivered today (Tuesday 24th).
The bags are gorgeous & I saved an extra 20% on top of the sale price so I got 2 bags for £102 saving £126! Very pleased

One star is too much. Worst service I have ever received. I placed my order two weeks ago today, it has still not been dispatched. I have over 15 emails in which I have been pursuing my order, asking for updates or requesting them to cancel my order (I’ve asked multiple times) and every single time they evade my question and assure me I will receive an update. On the 6th September I was told I’d receive tracking details within 24-48 hours, I still haven’t. I have explained that this is a birthday gift and literally begged for my order to be cancelled so I can make the purchase elsewhere, they refuse.
Yesterday I was told my order had been sourced and packed and was waiting for FedEx, this was also a lie as when I then pursued an update today I was informed that they were waiting to hear from the store and that I’d receive an update within 24-48 hours.
Honestly, so stressful and completely atrocious service. No phone number to call and I have asked multiple times to speak to a member of management, they don’t even acknowledge it, they just ignore the question.

Purchased a pair of Carvela boots a few days ago and they arrived today. I bought them for way less than the full retail price and they exceeded my expectations. They are in perfect condition and arrived in the Carvela box with neatly wrapped tissue paper. Delivery was completed 3 days after purchase and delivery was free with my order. Will be using Shoeaholics again.

Great product and ordered was delivered promptly. Only fault I can find is the shoe is quite narrow, therefore it can be uncomfortable to wear if you have wide feet.

If there were stars with a minus on them I would click on the lowest rating. Since 14 August I have been attempting to resolve an issue of a non delivered parcel. The Customer Service Support is shameful, despicable, embarrassing and after some 35 emails back and forth - one of which instructed me to ask neighbours is they had the parcel - I solved the issue myself - all along on their very own web site in plain sight in black and white text it stated the parcel cud not be delivered and was summarily returned to sender - the CSteam never even investigated or they would have seen this on their own web site. I have written up 8xA4 sheets in an affort to investigate the issue and not one apology has ever been forthcoming- DO NOT USE SHOEAHOLICS - I am awaiting recompense/compensation for all they’ve put me thru so watch this space

Even one star is to much. I ordered a pair of trainers in May . I got a message from Evri saying they had been delivered and signed for at 10.30 at night. They had delivered to somewhere else not on my new estate. I have emailed Shoeaholics and Evri they still won’t except that I have not got them. I have sent them pictures of my front door and I must of spoken to 20 people they keep shutting the case and won’t refund money or deliver the trainers to me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Shoeaholics but also Evri.

I ordered a bag, card holder & trainers. The parcel was delivered today without the trainers. Customer Service have told me that they have checked the order & as the packaging was not damaged there is nothing they can do - no trainers, no refund! I sent photos of the packaging & the two items received. There is no way that a pair of size 6 trainers would have fitted in as well!

Company refused to refund monies for trainers never received & insist that they were in the parcel with the other items. The conclusion from that is that they are accusing me of fraud. I will never order from them again & will be returning the two items received.
As you can see by the picture beside my name there is no room in packaging for a pair of trainers - usually despatched in a shoe box.

I received an empty box!!! I paid for next day delivery and in fact received no shoes and empty box, customer service assured me that they sent it and shoes was in box🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
