Reward survey scam
Reward survey scam! Purchased a $5 watch that won't even come on! In other words, it doesn't work. Supposedly a deal on a reward survey and 20 days later they took $109.97 from my account! I want my money back!!!
Total scam
Total scam! Got me for 70.00 for a watch that never came. Got lots of crazy emails from them all lies about how a new manager was taking over and going to make things right. All lies!
Scammed and FitTech Contact is Now Shut Down
I ordered this watch 3 months ago and also received the sob story, asking not to file a dispute. They have stolen $72 and the owner/scammer needs to be tracked down. Their sit is no longer active and emails are being kicked back as they have closed their website and email accounts.

I am one of the few who ordered early and got my watch. It did detect a-fib but to get it into a usable form, you had to take a screen shot or sign up for we-chat. We-chat scares me in that I am turning over all my information to the Chinese government so I used the screen shot method. Not very convenient. Blood pressure check didn't work and appeared to be a gimmick. To charge you had to pull the wrist band off. Eventually, I lost the watch when the wrist band fell off while removing my coat. I got the letter about the manufacturer taking their money as well. I feel sorry for these guys (if it is not a scam on their part) but they probably should have had more controls in place when working with an unknown Chinese company.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered my watch over a month ago, nothing. Tried emailing with them, they want to argue about a refund. Now I can't even email that email address. Then I get sob story. I received another email about potentially getting refunded, said it may take up to four weeks. We'll see how that turns out. If not, I'm going to the bbb! Please beware of this company.
Total scammers
Total scammers. I got the cry me a river emails too, with the "new mgt" and a guy in a field with a kid and a cow. been there done that. their email address are gone. I thought i was ordering from Fitbit. guess not. they made the claim they are "under new mgt"....yea right.
I was another scammed customer
I was another scammed customer
After ordering the fit tech watch that my girl friend wanted for Christmas I received a confirmation describing that it was being shipped from China on Yum Yum express that I could not locate. January 12th I received a sob story from the owner. Now I knew it was a total scam. Tried to reply to email and it bounced back. I sent it to the attorney general and if his name on the email is real I won’t stop until he’s in jail
FITTECH NEEDS TO BE SUED!!

scam
There never was a watch. No inventory. From first fittech email received confirming order, I knew there would be a problem. 3 days to process "order". 15 days to "send". One month later, they’re crying a river why fittech will not send a watch. Recieved another email offer to sell me shoes or send "bankrupt owners" money. Seems like a scam to setup scams. Demanded refund. Just received notice refund will take 40 days. Not holding breath.

If you cancel a chargeback your bank will not allow you to reopen it
If you send them a hundred bucks to help them out well that's another story

@Sonia Pritchard Smith
@Sonia Pritchard Smith, I received the same email yesterday. I replied and requested they fulfill my order! I still want the watch I paid $69.99 for! So today I received another email from them asking me to send them $100.00 so they can begin paying back all the customers they screwed over. HA! They're blaming all of their issues on China and wanting to start a "Boycot China" movement in the USA with OUR money! WTH???
I am still waiting to hear something on…
I am still waiting to hear something on my order. If I do not I will contact my bank. Frustrated I request a refund.
Got this email:
Got this email:
This email is for you if you purchased a smart watch from FitTech in the last 2-3 months and didn't receive it yet.
First and foremost, I want to apologize for the delay. I am deeply sorry.
Who we thought was our trusted international smartwatch supplier, was in fact not.
After two years of fuliflling all orders with no problems, they took a significant amount of our money meant to fulfill your orders and ran.
Now, understandably, the disputes/chargebacks are piling up against us. This is hindering everything we can do as a business to fix the issue.
We have a new owner taking over the business, new suppliers, and will soon be fulfilling from here in the USA, once again.
---
We ask that if you have not received your order, to PLEASE DO NOT FILE A CHARGEBACK OR DISPUTE AGAINST US.
Once that happens, our hands are tied as far as what we are able to do for you.
PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL DIRECTLY TO REQUEST A REFUND.
We will do everything in our power to refund you in a timely manner and believe we can have everyone refunded in 1-2 months if the chargebacks are kept to a minimum.
If you do not file a chargeback with us, we will REFUND YOUR ORDER (OR REPLACE WITH A WATCH) and give you a 40% off code for a future purchase with FitTech once the new owners take over.
---
I promise we will do everything we can to make this right for you. If you can please find it in your heart not to contact the bank to file a chargeback, and instead request a refund here, we would be forever grateful.
Banks are ruthless, and they will wipe our business out before we can ever repay anyone.
Thank you for your time,

Scam company
I am out $81 they never sent out the product, be warned. can't get a real person to respond or pick up the phone. I ordered on 11/16/20, and have been trying for weeks to get some kind of response. they never shipped out the product, but took the money out immediately.
TERRIBLE COMPANY!
TERRIBLE COMPANY!
I personally have never bought a Fit Tech watch or product. I work for a technology company with a similar name, but absolutely no relation to Fit Tech Watches.
Everyday, I receive about 3 phone calls from people asking about their watch that they never received. Unfortunately, I cannot help them besides giving them the number to the correct company that they have already called a million times.
This company is an absolute scam! They take your money, never send you a watch, and have a phone number that will never connect you to a real person! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
Have I been scammed by FitTech?
I ordered a FitTech Lux ($48.15) on 10/20/2020 and received confirmation of my order by email. The email gave the usual....please allow 3-5 days for processing.... and went on to state "All orders arrive in 6-10 working days from time of shipment, regardless of location."
I realize now that this statement was very carefully crafted by FitTech because nowhere does it guarantee shipment. It merely marks time from the point of shipment. I never received a tracking number because the product has not shipped to this day. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately.
I tried to contact FitTech by phone to no avail. Their recording directs callers to contact the company by email and promises a timely reply. Nothing could be further from the truth. It took at least 2 weeks for them to reply to my emails (2) and both times they sent auto-replies. Once they cited Covid for the delay and said they would expedite my order (which they did NOT do), and the next time they claimed my product was lost in transit and they would re-ship at no additional expense to me!!
While I was keen to buy this product several months ago, all I want at this point is to get my money back. This company is scamming countless customers and I pray someone can put an end to them doing business over the internet.
Since they list an office in Raleigh, NC, I also intend to file a complaint with that state's attorney.
