This product is a total fraud and a piece of crap. My BP is about 145/90 this fake device says 117/70 and the same for anyone who wears it. Steps? My phone doc’s steps accurately. This crap said 7700 when the reality was 300! Very misleading and they are c**ts about returning it. Do NOT buy this pos device. Chinese frauds.

It took over a month to receive product, once I found out where this product was coming from China, I then knew product would be sharing personal information with the wrong people. I have not even opened the package, fittech has no return policy for new product returns. I would recommend never purchasing anything frm this company, it’s employees don’t even deserve a paycheck. I give them 0 stars what a crock of a guarantee....it’s so false....contacting bbb aNd also attorney general as this is fraud ... believe it or not they told me they have a 30 guarantee from date of purchase...lol great but it took 60 days before it was delivered... broke within two months will not charge and they won’t replace or refund and expect me to pay 60/70$ To return it to them...Directly from China which they don’t mention in their adds
Very disappointed
Ordered 2 watches. Charged first one for almost 48 hours before date and time showed up. Battery lasted 6-8 hrs with very little use other than checking time. Second one never did charge after 48+ hours charging. Contacted fittech and was told I could return but it would cost me $45-65 to do so. They do not stand behind their products. A nice looking watch, too bad they don't work. Save your money on a better watch.
Fittech is the biggest online nightmare I ever…
Biggest online nightmare I ever experienced. Had a very hard time getting a status on where my watch was. It took months. It stopped working with the app within a month. Customer service is only available by email. A rep responded on July 29th, 2020 and said "How can I Help". My reply: "Good morning Serlyn, Paying 69+ and the watch no longer syncs with my Samsing Galaxy S10. The gold has rubbed off on a spot too. I don't even sleep with this on. I have removed and reinstalled the app. I have turned off and back on the phone and the watch. I have tried all of this many, many times." I never heard back from this company. I am in agreement with others that this company needs to be investigated and I am reporting my experience in as many places as possible, including the BBB .

BEWARE! I think a full investigation should be launched against this company, something just isn't right here. I ordered a watch on August 1st. They indicated in the email they sent confirming the order that processing would take 3-5 days. They also mentioned that shipping could take anywhere from 6-10 working days and I got that considering the challenging times we are living in as it regards the delivery of the items. After not getting an update after the 2nd week, I tried to go to the site they gave for tracking, and could not move from the initial page. They provide no telephone number so I reached out to them via email. On Aug 17th I let them know that I was not able to track the product, and that if I did not have confirmation about shipment I would be cancelling the order. They responded to that email by saying that they would not be able to ship the order by the required time and whether they should proceed with the cancellation of the order, to which I immediately explicitly responded yes. Totally thought that was the end of it. On August 24th they were telling me that my order was on the way, and I immediately let them know that I cancelled the order. I also sent follow-up emails after they insisted that they won't cancel the order to let them know that I will not be accepting the delivery. The worst on-line buying experience ever. The whole experience was just so unprofessional and shoddy that it smells grossly shady to me. I REALLY WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE THEM NO STARS.

Defective FitTech Ear Pods
I ordered ear pods from FitTech, which were defective and cheap and took over 3 weeks for delivery. Rather than allowing me to return them, they are asking for a full video showing them how they are not working. Not sure how you show how ear pods are not working by video. This company says it's a US company but it's not. The product ships directly from China and the customer service is terrible.

I ordered a watch & it took months to arrive! The watch is stuck on military time and I have to keep changing the time on my phone every time noon & midnight rolls around! This watch doesn't even stay charged either! They won't even Guarantee the product 100%! They will give me 30% refund for this crap watch! DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY! Frustrating
Ordered 2 Fittech senior watches. Took months to come. Awful watches. Been trying to get an address to return them & get refund. Keep e mailing them. They don’t answer phone or e mails. Need address for where to return if anyone knows it. We may have to resort to taking this further.

Ordered a FitTech for my husband and it's been over 3 weeks. I worked for U.S. Air cargo and I know how shipping works. I also dealt with customs, and know for a fact it only takes a couple of days to recieve shippments a couple of days from the airlines. Their tracking is horrible, like it was done by a first grader. Don't buy from this company. Rip off.
What a scam but right prevails
After two months my Smart Senior Watch arrived. It had no SIM card. It’s just a piece of trash without one. They wont respond to my emails and the phone number is just a recording I want my money back
Update after 6 emails back and forth with them demanding I follow all these different sets of instructions and making videos, I contested the charge through my bank and wrote to the BBB and within days of those two events my money was finally refunded. I recommend you never do business with this company.
Sloooow delivery and very poor (English) documentation
It took 45 days to receive the product. They did provide tracking numbers but no logic can explain why LA to Olympia, WA should take nearly a month. Maybe someone carried it while they were hiking the PCT??
The documentation was horrible and the app difficult to set up and use.
Jury is out still on the functional aspects . . . .

I ordered a watch on May 18. It arrived in Los Angeles on June 2. That is where the tracking stops. I have a USPS tracking # but they have not received the Item. When I send an email, I get a computer generated response. When I call the 800# I cannot talk to a live agent. Total SCAM. Customer service does not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
