If i could give this website zero…

If i could give this company zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of wireless, airpod-esque earbuds from them about a month ago. Now, I received a message explaining that shipping would be delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is understandable. However, once I received them I was unsatisfied with them. No biggie - just message customer support on their website and they'll tell you how to return them. WRONG! I've been waiting 45 minutes for just an explanation on how to return my order. And now that I'm seeing all these similar stories and bad reviews, I wish I had seen them earlier. I'm fed up and frustrated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Don't order from this company!!!!

Don't order from this company!!!!! I ordered May 3rd. It June 10th and no tracking, no product and no response from all my emails. The 800 # is a recording and the email says china info on shipping. You have to call out of country to contact the shipping. It is a scam!!!!

I ordered their devise on April 4th. Today is June 9 and it still hadn’t arrived. I’ll try to get a refund from my credit card company. Wish I’d seen this site before I ordered.

Ordered my wifes mothers day present on…

Ordered my wifes mothers day present on May 8th. Still not here and no response to emails or instant messages. They got me for 80+ dollars. They are in texas and everything directly from china. I screwed up! Do not purchase from them! Spend the extra money and get a Fitbit!

Do not let this company fraud you

Do not let this company fraud you. I believe this company operates to fraud buyers. I purchased a FitTech watch April 25. I was never able to track the shipment with the info they sent me but they would send tracking details (that I believe they created). It is Jun 3 today and FltTech no longer sends me fake tracking messages or responds to my emails. This is a waste of money and time to deal with a company in China that is our to fraud us

Inaccurat blood pressure numbers

1. Blood pressure readings are dangerously inaccurate. Can't rely on them. (I have hypertension but this thing has never shown more than 140 mmHg) Under certain circumstances it can be dangerous for your health.
2. Sleeping tracker is also shows "wonders" Even if not asleep anymore, it shows that you're in light sleep...
So, bottom line: wait till something more decent will show up on the market.

NEVER AGAIN-doing my part

Unfortunately the reviews here are true. Before ordering my watch the delivery method just states "first class." After order it then gives a timeframe. My order took 10 days just to update and stated it will be leaving Shenzhen, China. I've been waiting over 22 days no update since 5/23 that it was last in NYC. I emailed fittech and let them know, I have never received your product and would just like to cancel my order, get a refund and you can keep your watch. They emailed me back 10 min later and said unfortunately that is not an option and to give their product a try. I replied back when will it get here?? They have not replied back. They also state on website you cannot get a refund if the watch is not giving accurate readings. ISN'T THAT THE REASON FOR BUYING THE DAMN WATCH? Never Again

Brand new: doesn't work!( less than 24 hrs old)

No indication that it is charging. I charged it last night with a wall adapter and woke up to a black screen. It is now plugged into my laptop USB and still no indication that it is charging . No screen etc. It had minimal charged when it arrived so I set it up and synced it with the app but now there is no screen activity and it doesn't connect.
Where do I find the return label? Because if I cannot resolve this today I am returning it for a refund. There is obviously a manufacturing problem as I have had it for less than 24 hrs and waited way longer than expected.i ordered April 24th it arrived May 14. I'm extremely unhappy with this product . Customer service phone, i cannot speak to a live support person. I'm directed to email, that is totally ridiculous. Purchased the Fit tech pep, it took almost a month to arrive. I was able to set it up and sync to app on my phone with the minimal charge it came with. I plugged it in to get a full charge as directed and woke up to a black screen, no indication of charging and no ability to connect . Multiple emails and chats have gone unanswered. I want to return it as it does not work. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH A KNOWN RELIABLE BRAND! LESSON LEARNED!

This company is fraudulent and the product does not arrive. This has been a very unpleasant experience trying to work with them. Ordering from here will be a waste of your time & money. Go to retailers you can trust.

Watch is terrible

Watch is terrible, cant see it outside, readings are not accurate, will not link to phone, instructions are very poor. Email response is slow, and not helpful. I have asked several times about returning the watch, but the only response I get is how much other people like it. The sales ad said returns were a snap - so not the case. Terrible product, terrible customer service. I have sent this info to shopfittech - they don't seem to care.

Do Not Buy

Do not buy from this company. Read the reviews. Their website makes the senior watch sounds great but it won’t connect via Bluetooth and you’ll spend months Sending countless email video only to be asked for more. If you buy from this company I feel so sorry for you

Unbelievable company and product

Unbelievable company and product. Couldn't pair the watch with the software they had nor with my phone's pairing. Decided that I would use it offline only, but no instructions anywhere to show how to set the time, etc. I was sure I could figure it out, but after putting way too much effort into it over several days, was unable to get a single function to work. Contacted the company and they respond after days with recommendations to video my problem. This is the worst of the worst

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. I ordered a watch that took almost a month to get here from China. When it came in, it was buggy and within two weeks quit working altogether. I've attempted to contact the company, but they have disabled my login to their website. They have not responded to any e-mails. I messaged them on Facebook and they blocked me. These crooks took my money and then hid behind e-mail and their website. Do not give them your money unless you just want to throw it away.

I have ordered a Fit Tech Fantastic…

UPDATE
I ordered and received a FITBIT Charge 3 from AMAZON to replace the piece of junk that Fit Tech sent me. It came in just a few days and was delivered on a Sunday!. It was very easy to setup and even better it works! The Fit Tech watch was $63 and the FITBIT was only $103 with tax and shipping. The FITBIT works great when swimming, and no burn on my wrist from the sensing LED like I had with FIT Tech. I have been using my new FITBIT for a week now, battery is still going strong and no problems! I did dispute the FIT Tech purchase with my credit card company. I have not heard from FIT Tech. All of the addresses listed on websites are fake. Oh and FITBIT sent me email asking how I like my new watch. They have a real office in San Francisco CA, you can even call them!

I have ordered a Fit Tech Fantastic Fitness Watch on December 30, 2019 Order# FT-25423.
I received my order on 1/16/2020.
It shipped from Guangzhou China not their warehouse in Florida as stated in their ad.
I have several problems with this watch.
1. The watch advances to the next day of the week at noon everyday regardless of the correct date and time being displayed.
2. The watch displays the wrong climate information regardless of the correct information showing in the IPhone APP.
3. No charger was supplied, as the ad specifically stated the watch came with a USB charger.
4. The watch is incredibly not accurate during workouts, duration of workout and heart rate are extremely incorrect.
5. The watch constantly flips through screens when swimming and is impossible to use when in the water, although the ad says is perfect for swimming.
6. The watch has left a small skin irritation or burn where the green LED contacts my skin, it has been more than two days and is still healing. This burn happened twice now after one day of wearing the watch.
At this time I have discontinued using this watch.
The return address on the shipping package is 2352 Bent Creek Road, Auburn AL 36830 which is an EXXON Gas Station. The address showing a location in Jacksonville Fla is a furniture store.
I also go nowhere calling the 800 number. The address I found for their new facility in Raleigh N.C, it the address for the U.S. Post Office. Stay away from this scam!

Wish I had read the Review before Purchasing

I placed an order Dec.8 2019 for a ladies fit tracker watch. I followed the tracking.It took 9 days just to submit the order to China. This was suppose to be an American based company in North Carolina.

Don’t make the mistake I made buying from this company!

This company is dishonest do not make the same mistake I made! First of all, they do not have a customer service number to call. If you call the number they list you are instructed to email them as they won’t talk to you! After you email them, they ignore you. I emailed to cancel my order since the product was not delivered well after the time I was supposed to have it. They ignored my email so I challenged the charge with my credit card. 5 days later they emailed me to tell me the product is now (allegedly) being shipped and that I cannot cancel - even though I cancelled after the promised delivery date and well before the claim to have shipped! These are bad people do not make the mistake I made.
