We had a fantastic stay in Istanbul and the apartment was in a really place. Not too noisy at night and close to shops restaurants and coffee places. The apartment was pretty good although the cleaner needed to get into the shower to see how dirty the shower door was from ! The bed on the room at the back was fine and so was the sofa bed but the bed in the room next to the bathroom was appalling. It was like sleeping on a bed of nails. My daughter and I did not sleep a wink on the first night. We had to put the cushions from the sofa onto the bed and then the sheet on top and then it was quite comfy. The owners need to sort this out! The people who gave us the key and sorted out meeting up with us etc were very thorough.

Recently returned from a European vacation which began in Amsterdam. We spent 4 nights in a awesome Short Stay apartment. True to the website tutorial, it was very easy to find the Short Stay counter at the airport, gather our keys and info. and head to the Jordaan district. We arrived to a new, clean perfectly appointed 1 bedroom apt. We loved the view that came with the 4th floor unit. It was quiet, safe and accommodating. We had one issue with the shower not draining properly and sent an email requesting maintenance. Shower was fixed with in the hour. Impressive! Our only regret........we didn't use Short Stay in Paris. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Appartment had a few concerns.
Toilet seat had a brown/black crack, not very hygienic, handbasin in toilet drained VERY slowly. Mice running around in the kitchen/sittingroom.
We phoned with above concerns, I wouldn't pay this amount of money for an appartment with these problems.

Very noisy apartement. Metro and office building.

We had a lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and the location was exactly what we required. A couple of blown lamps and broken bed lamp were the only defects we could find, otherwise everything was fine and the kitchen was very well equipped.

The apartment was very comfortable for the eight of us. The view of the Colleseum out our windows was amazing. We enjoyed the coffee, restaurant, gelato shop downstsirs. The location was good for walking all over the city. I would reccommend this apartment to anyone.

One of my better ideas, booking an appartment in Amsterdam instead of a hotel room. In downtown Amsterdam, everything within walking distance. Good restaurant (gebr. Hartering) just around the corner. What more could you wish for?

We stayed at Noordeinde The Hague for the 3e time and enjoyed it very much. Hope to come back! The hallway-staircase needs desperately to be refurbished. But the beds and linnen are super.

Very nice appartment located near to Leidsplein square, near to area of shops and restaurants, very well to discover the Amsterdam way of living.

I had a great experience the moment i start booking my apartment in Amsterdam, especially after a horrible experience in France (which i will never visit again). Call center staff are very friendly, professional, fluent english speakers. After booking, I got a professional email with all the practical information about my apartment and how to reach the location. The apartment was very nice and clean.
i would recommend this company and the apartment to all mt friends.

My Brother and his family came over for my Wedding and stayed at Kerkstraat 180 - a lovely apartment in a perfect location - apart from the noise.
After a sleepless night due to constant music from the neighbours (which continued for the following nights) - my Brother sent an email early in the morning requesting a relocation for the following 3 nights - unfortunately he did not hear anything from Short Stay Reservations - although they had received his email because his other complaint about dirty linen on one of the beds was addressed that day.
The apartment was very expensive, and it is a shame that Short Stay Reservations did not even try to get in touch with us about the problem; we appreciate that this was a external issue beyond their control, but would have appreciated a more proactive response from them.

Great alternative to a boring and cramped hotel, this is just the perfect solution if you have to stay in The Hague for more than 3 days, especially with family.

Plusses:
- The location of the appartment was great, looking out over the palace gardens
- The appartment was spacious
- Roof terrace

Minuses
- Kitchen was poorly equipped (old pans, nothing above the basics, tiny oven)
- Lot of stairs without kids-guard (we have a 2-year old)

Beautiful city. The spacious apartment is very well located in an old building in bario gotico very noisy during night . Some furnitures are broken not replaced . Old bathroom. Shower broken. Need to be restored to be luxurious . Compared to amsterdam this apartment has not the same standing.

I would really recommend using Short Stay Reservations!

The bed was OK. The room was very HOT and there was no fan or aircon and I couldn't lift the heavy windows so we baked. The hairdryer/ shaver outlet was melted and broken. A BIG fire hazard. The shower had a broken tap that fell off when you used it and the kitchen tap dripped continously. There was no tea and coffee service like promised on the website which was very inconvient. Then on check-in we had to wait for the keys but on checkout the cleaners knocked at 9:30 then again at 10:40 and then again at 10:50. They were rude and barged in before we even had our stuff out of the room. Honestly feel that next time we will use a hotel instead. Service is just so much more professional and better. If you were my friend I would advice you to do the same!

Lovely apartment, very spacious but the furniture looked a bit tired. The apartment -especially the lounge- could do with a very thorough clean (including curtains, sofas etc). Price at €636 (€90 each) was too high according to a lot of the girls staying there for the weekend, I would look to find a cheaper location next time. There was no cd player but the caretaker very kindly brought one upon check-in after I rang.

Clean, sunny, well situated, very good attention of staff, enough place.

It's my second time staying at one of their apartments and for me is by far the best thing you can do regarding accommodations. Total privacy, a lot more space then in a hotel room and the fact that you can cook are just a few of the advantages compared to a hotel room. Can't wait for my next stay ; )

We couldn´t imagine how beautiful the ap. was! We saw photos, but the reality was better...Calm, quite, with everything you need to spend some days and feel at your own home..The location was wonderful, in front of one of the most beautiful bridges in Amsterdam. The cleaner services was good, once a week, with good towels and shets. We had really a very nice vacation.

We presumed that the oven was multi-function but as there were no instructions, it was impossible to use it properly, the same problem with the coffee machine.
The plates were unfortunately too big to fit in the dishwasher!!
The curtains were not big enough to cover the windows so daylight woke us up very early.
There was also no hanging or drawer space in the bedrooms.
As so close to the tramlines etc. the outside noise was unfortunately very loud as from about 5 in the morning.
