Product is good and good value. Excellent, helpful advice over the phone. I was told on the phone that they "never deliver without ringing first". I had no idea when the shower was going to be delivered, until the driver rang me at work to say he was outside my house (I work 30 miles away). Fortunately a neighbour could let him in, but he would not bring the products inside the house, leaving the nearly 80 year old to do that! Fortunately another neighbour came to help out, but this was very disappointing. Shame when the rest of my experience was so positive.

Dean is the Guy I dealt with and he is a complete credit to his company. The informal but definitive advice he gave me help me clarify what I needed to buy. Product delivered within 3 days. Not fitted yet but upon inspection of shower enclosure all looks fine and befitting it looks very straight forward..

I used ShowerEnclosures UK for the first time for our bathroom install and found them a delight to deal with. There was an issue with my order (my fault, not theirs!) and not only did they promptly call me back personally to chat this through with me, but offered a replacement quickly and with no hassle. The products when they arrived were exactly as expected and the delivery drivers were great too! Can't fault them at all. Customer service DOES still exist in the UK!!

ON RARE OCCASIONS I LEAVE A REVIEW . IN THIS CASE I WILL BECAUSE THE FIRM AND THE OWNER WORKED ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.

Impressed, I'm not one for giving reviews but I'll give credit where credit's due. We were in-need of a replacement ceramic toilet lever, the quality was better than expected and a real doddle to fit. With the speedy delivery being a much appreciated bonus given the urgency we needed it! More than happy to recommend Shower Enclosures to friends and family alike.

I would definately recommend this shower tray,as it is exactly what we wanted.Fits perfectly into our bathroom,and is completely non slip,making showering an absolute pleasure.My husband is very unsteady on his feet when showering,but now,feels totally safe.

Spoke to Dean went through the options, ordered the suite i needed at the right price Dean helped me with choice as i needed a short bath, with his advice i got the right goods. The order was delivered Next Day brilliant service

Glad to see old fashioned personal service is still available,The delivery company decided to separate the package into two for ease of handling. Leaving me with a shower enclosure without a tray.When I called customer support (2 hrs after delivery) never got the usual waffle they simply got in touch with delivery driver and , even though he was 30 miles away got him to come back and complete the order the same afternoon. Left feeling they really care. James.

After using shower enclosures uk to but the suite to do up my bathroom, i decided to use the same comapny to do up my mums bathroom aswell. We had the enclosure toilet sink and radiator arrive in 2 days and was more than happy with the quality. As said before woul happily use again, friendly staff really make a difference

I wasnt sure exactly what type of radiator I wanted/ needed for the size of my living room but the staff were very helpful and not at all pushy.
