Ordered a freestanding bath tap at the weekend and got it on Tuesday, really pleased as it was a high value item so would buy from again.

Having managed to drop a stone candle holder through the bottom of our back to wall toilet pan (don't ask!) I desperately wanted to replace it with the same model to avoid re-tiling and re-plumbing the whole bathroom. The pan was made by Shires who went out of business 5 years ago so I had just about given up hope when I saw that Shower Enclosures sold a similar looking model under a different name. I phoned, got confirmation straight away that it was the se model and in two days it arrived at home. If only re-fitting it was as easy. I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

We have recently had a new bathroom and ensuite fitted. All items except tiles were purchased from Shower Enclosures UK and I would recommend them to anyone. Everything is very high quality and very reasonably priced. We received great advice from them and the after sales service has been excellent.

We bought all the fittings required to completely remodel our bathroom. The advice and support during the design process, value for money and delivery could not have been better. I realised once the shower cubicle had been installed that the vertical stay supporting the long side was not long enough owing to our high ceiling. An emailed photo and phone call was all that was required to order an alternative wall stay ( bracket) - available the next day. A pleasant surprise.

I spoke to Danny on the phone rather than placing a direct order as I was unsure of which product I really needed. Danny was able to direct me through the website and explain what I needed to replace an existing shower screen. Danny then explained delivery options to me and gave me an accurate delivery date, before taking payment. Really impressed with the product which was what I had described and exactly what I needed.
Although I buy everything online, it was nice to be able to ring and gain advice from the company – and speak to the same person every time! Fantastic friendly service, great value and quality product!
