Very happy with our front door. Amazing service from all. Installation was fast and efficient.

The work was done as scheduled and the fitters left no traces. Excellent job and I am very pleased with the windows.

Very efficient service

The team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The two young lads were very respectful of the property, cleaned up well after all the work was done and also very careful, caring, polite and friendly. The new windows are absolutely amazing.

Great service from ordering our Door to having it fitted. Couldn’t fault them as a Company. Defo would recommend them to everyone.

Quality of windows are good. Communication was excellent until we signed the contract, then trying to get the surveyor to call back to answer a question proved impossible.
Disappointed with installation as it was a bit rushed. Quality of finish and attention to detail was lacking somewhat. Job was allocated 3 days but was bashed out in 2. Couple of minor issues that we noticed after installation were dealt with promptly.
Overall given the price paid, not really jumping for joy, and probably wouldn’t recommend.

Very friendly and professional every step

Arrived on time and fitted 3 windows in just under 4 hours. Used plenty of dust sheets to protect our relatively new carpets and cleaned up behind them. A job well done and at a reasonable price

Good company to deal with from first visit to completion

On going problem with front door water follows door into hall .Many people from sidey have tried all have failed.

I am well impressed with my new windows and doors I feel a lot safer. The guys done an amazing job, were respectful in their communication and tidied up their stuff and swept floor. Thankyou so much !!

Found a new door which met our criteria.

The guys came on a very hot day. They start work as soon as they arrived the young guy got my front door off very quickly then they got on with it . The older guy came and told me that the bed in my second bedroom would would have to be moved I explained I couldn’t do it (as I’m nearly 70 ) I had moved all the other furniture appropriately I think he didn’t really explain well but quickly said he could move it but ur company would take no responsibility for damages which I agreed I took all bedding off and he could move it down with the door shut . Throughout I supplied them with juice and water it was so hot . They were chatty and explained what I was to do with the wood surrounds on window and door clear varnish etc .T hey never left a mess cleaned up with there wee Hoover . I will be recommending you to friends and family in future as it was a pleasure experience Alison Boyd

I recently had my front door replaced with a fire door by Sidey, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The workers were polite, professional, and respectful of my home, they made sure everything was left clean and tidy once the job was done.
