It was very easy to set up, at the begging was afraid to bend connection, but got assurance from Simore help, and there it was, two sim cards in one go, software was install automatically, very convenient so ma second sim card is free for other sim cards and e sim adapter

Great product for folks who
1. have the necessity to use multiple SIMS for personal and work purposes,
2. don't want to invest in additional handsets
3. don't want the bulkiness in carrying more than one mobile phone in their pockets
4. don't want the clunkiness of seen switching between multiple phones
Did have a hiccup; and the team provided great customer service in reviewing, testing and also helping with replacement as required.

Compre el Speed ZX-Twin Galaxy Note20 Ultra y cuando lo instalo, el teléfono y datos funcionan bien, el problema viene cuando hago el cambio de SIM 1 a SIM 2 o viceversa, ya que la App de SIMore con todas las funcionalidades desaparece y no hay forma de abrirla a menos que reinicies el teléfono, una decepción, en resumen si quiere cambiar varias veces de SIM, en cada vez vas a tener que reiniciar el teléfono, tampoco funciona este shorcut "You can bring up the SIMore menu by dialling # 99, or switch between both SIM cards (#11 and #22), directly via your Android smartphone keyboard.". La verdad al final lo único que gane con este adaptador es que no se pierda la SIM Card alternativa que tengo por estar cambiándola de manera física.

I have the DualSIM@home now for a week. If it is connected, then it does what it should. But again if it stays online! Unfortunately, I have to replug!/reset the device physically for several times a day because it disconnects and then the app show device not available. I'm not yet out of the country but get more and more concerned if this device really will do what it expected to do!
PS: my internet connection modem/router is stable and it's fiber, so that can't be the problem.
Any ideas why it disconnects and how to avoid it to disconnect by it self?
Is there a way to restart the device on distance?
Hopefully I receive an answer before I'm leaving.

Rights as a customer are non-existent, if you purchase a product and it doesn't work it is your fault. They offer a 10% discount on your next purchase, no money back. Maybe the people that voted positive had a good experience with the adapters they bought. But my experience with the support is Negative and I have all the right to share it if the product I purchased does not work.
I purchased a product, but it didn't work. I tried to return it, asked for a half refund, sent the product back, and also change it for a different product, and the support just stopped answering my questions. The position was no money back and we can offer you a 10 euro discount on your next purchase. That's all.
To your reply that I didn't check the compatibility list. I did checked it.

If Google updated Android and your adapter does not work anymore, it is not the customer's fault. You need to update all your information as well.

With the new Android update, it is not possible to change the numbers without having to restart the phone making this product basically useless.

The Dual SIM adapter from SIMORE was extremely easy to install following the short Video instruction. Since the original SIM rack of the iPhone 13 Pro is still used, one hesitates to put lots of pressure to it during pushing the SIM rack into the iPhone. However, this is necessary and without harming the flat cable going outside to the SIM adapter. Doing so results in recognition of the SIM adapter. It is easy and convenient to (software) switch between the two SIM cards via the settings page.

I would like to modify my review of Eclips Gold Simore bluetooth adopter. After posting somedays back that a brand new adopter in my possession failed, I contacted the company through the their customer care and a person assisted me how to solve the problem, True enough, the advice worked very well and am very content with the outcome. The adopter is very unique and caters for my need, the battery works longer than my previous gadgets did. I am happy and thank you Simore!!

I'm so happy with Simore. I promptly received my WX-Five adapter for iPhone X. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. Simore team supported me well but I still ran of bad luck. Simore asked me to return the adapter so that they can exchange one for me.
Unfortunately the outbound international postal service in my country is still in hold because of COVID. I let this know to Simore. They promptly send me a new replacement. I received that in good state and time. I tried and it worked in first try. I was so delighted at this moment. Now I've 5 SIM in my iPhone X. It was a great experience with Simore about the product and support service. Heartiest thanks again Simore team for your kind help to make me happy. Cheers!

Frank the gentleman with whom I spoke, was extremely kind and helpful. Despite the fact that it was I who made an error in ordering the wrong size e-clips case, he arranged to send me the correct one for only the cost of postage. Simore's products are excellent and for those of us who do not have the latest phone with esim, they are a godsend! Thank you foryour excellent product and service.

Horrendous, they lie about worldwide delivery in 3 days, from the day of despatch courier TNT was showing a 12 day delivery timescale.
After it finally arrived in Kenya I was charged over $90 in customs in additon, when goods were only $70, even though the VAT and duties only came to $30, I was forces to pay extra fees, plus the express delivery was also charged by Simore at $90.
Despite paying for all these charges neither Simore or TNT will help as the items have still not been released, I keep getting emails from customs telling me to wait. Simore keep telling me that ive refused delivery when I've merely asked someone to explain to me why I've been charged so much. I finally contacted TNT who told me that I had to pay the customs and whatever fees they wanted regardless and they would not help, despite DHL telling me those charges are not due. So in the end been left on my own, I was never told about all the additional costs. I have never to date been contacted by TNT, Simore have me UK and international numbers as do TNT, but being ignored now that they and kenya customs have my money!
Tried to call TNT (choice of courier by Simore) ignore all calls and messages again, Simore ignore all requests for help, zero customer service. I requested an email address for TNT but again keep getting ignored and pointed back to a single mobile number that just rings out!
Ive asked Simore to raise my issue as a complaint 5 times, I keep getting ignored and told to contact TNT, stuck in an awful cycle of careless companies.... and ive lost out a huge amount of money over $250 for a purchase that was worth a quarter of it and a headache that's lasted a month with still no goods to show for it!
Horrendous, careless about your money and offering you any level of service, absolutely avoid!!!!

works good but there is a problem with face time because every time you switch SIM card a message arrive on your phone from abroad and you are charged for it a lot of money. So if you need to use this item you need disable face time

Item was delivered to the wrong address and when I contacted them they were very rude
When I received the item from the neighbor !! The item was broken
I sent them an email with photos but they pretended they never received them
Very unprofessional and a day light rip off
So now I received the item damaged and provided them with photos and they came back I damaged it in installation
A bunch of thieves genuinely avoid them and avoid the headache they are a bunch of scammers !

Wasted money, as they refuse to take it back for refund. I have asked clearly to give me manual for specific phone and then dead silence for more than week now. I even thought to buy more expensive wifi adapter from them, but after bad experience from customer support I changed my mind.
One of the best accessories i can buy. Love you guys and i will buy 3 more.
