Quick shipping & fast communication. But, I started receiving generics for my original birth control. Within a 4 month span, I had received 3 different brands. And it takes my body time to get used to each of those. I contacted them & they let me know they do send out a generic version. But I did not realize I would be getting a different version/brand each time. Will not be using anymore!

I am really happy to choose Medsurgeindia is one the best place where I got the best medical facility. The staff and doctors are too good and understanding. The best part is it is very safe in COVID-19 Situation.

Got my birth control in less than a week with no hassle, straight to my door.

Tried to place an order using insurance. Insurance failed then they emailed me asking me if I wanted the order and to confirm with them if not it will cancel out. I never confirmed or authorized the order but magically my bank acct was charged today without me confirming or authorizing that I want the order. I have asked for a refund over and over, I emailed and texted, then in record time, the order shipped. No phone number anywhere. I am not saying they are a scam but they are unethical.

Simple health has honestly been such a godsend for me, especially during the pandemic!! I'm so so lucky I came across them! I used to always worry about running out of my BC because I'm not perfectly on top of refills. They take ALL of the hassle out of it. Their website is so user friendly, the process could not have been easier, and I got my BC straight to my door right when I needed it. This is such a needed service, especially since access is limited with the pandemic. I would recommend it to all of my fellow ladies and theydies!! We shouldn't have to worry about whether or not we have the contraception we need—this service makes it so that we don't have to. love my SH :)

using simple health has been a total lifesaver! the process was extremely easy and they were super helpful and eased all of my stress. I've had a great experience with this company. I don't have insurance so my birth control options are limited-- Simple Health is a very affordable option. Also convenient not having to go to a pharmacy since they ship it to you.

My biggest problem is ,This company can't respond back .Once you put in an order! I had to call myself,to find out when they were planning on shipping my order,All that I got in an email was that your order was confirmed! Sorry that really dose not telling , when my order is going to be shipped?? They put the blame on the customers!! But they have a 24/ 7 hotline!!

I was surprised to find out Simple Health ended up being a much cheaper for me than going to a regular doctor. My insurance treats my ob/gyn as a specialist doctor, and charges me 50$ per visit! With this company I just pay 20$ and I get my prescription for the whole year.

Simple health is a life saver. I’ve had a lot of problems finding a doctor that actually listens to my concerns about my health, and its been really stressful. I basically had to beg my old doctor to change my birth control because the side effects were so bad, but he wouldn’t take me seriously. When i finally tried simple health, it was so much easier. Even though they’re online, I felt more heard than I did with my in person doctor. They helped me find a medication that was right for me and now I don’t even have to think about my birth control anymore! No more stress!
